As anyone who reads this has noticed it’s been quite a while since I put out chapter five of Petals. The cause is my inability to get the next chapter to look quite like what I want it to. The writing has actually been finished for some time, but reading over it I realized that it was just a sequence of clichés that manages to completely miss the story I'm trying to present. The language likewise leaves much to be desired. Sooner or later I will finish rewriting it to satisfy myself. In addition to the improvement of chapter six I have been thoroughly reworking all the previous chapters. Though I've completely missed the previous dates I've put out I'm going to try again.
Expect Knowing chapter six of Petals: PTE by February. At the same time expect a major rewrite of at least chapter one and definite cosmetic changes to the rest.
