Hello everyone! You already know me by my username and I possibly already know yours also (your username that is) so here's my legacy.

I am a British male in my twenties who has graduated from college and university where I studied media for six years. Since I became self-aware I have become more enlightened. I see things in a whole new way and have in my spare time studied science, psychology and philosophy to further my mind and beliefs.

I have many hobbies, the most being reading and music because I like to read almost everyday while listening to many songs to fit the mood I am in, and the story I am reading or writing. Unlike watching television, with reading you can use your imagination which is why I started writing fan fictions for my favourite stories. I enjoy many genres in stories; my personal favourites being romance, betrayal which I think are the best. Every story I read in the collection I have compiled has always impressed me and is worth reading so feel free to indulge yourselves.

To all who read my fan fictions? Though I do not mind constructive criticism from honest readers, I welcome it since it allows me to correct things that I have not noticed, however I do not like reviews which involve flaming my work. Inspiration is a hard thing to come by when writing, and when someone says something negative about your work you loose your confidants instantly, and the ability to think of a way to get around it is blocked. I work extremely hard on what I write, and if it does not meet your requirements and your standards then do not bother to read what I write.

We all know how the Naruto story started, with him having the Kyuubi sealed into his body by the Forth Hokage thereby making him into a Jinchuuriki, who the villagers of Konoha, his people who were supposed to treat him as a hero, attack, abuse and neglect, both mentally and physically on a daily basis.

Let's say that on one of Naruto’s birthdays where he is attacked he reveals something that makes people question their actions. During the harsh beating where Naruto is kicked, punched, stabbed and a number of other gruesome things, let’s say he reveals the famous bloodline used by the First Hokage, the Mokuton, which he manifests to protect himself from further attack by the villagers.

After the event occurred many questions arise, such as whether or not Naruto is related to the Senju Clan. For the Council of Konoha, the possibility that a user of the Mokuton exists leaves many implications to be acknowledged, and while they argue plans have already been set to protect Naruto from what might become a hostile situation. Whilst this is going on Naruto vanishes from the hospital and out of Konoha where his life has only just begun.

Things to happen in this challenge:

1. The general outline of this story has to follow the canon with a few altercations on the writer’s part to fit the criteria.

2. Naruto's attitude can be whatever you want it to be as long as it fits. Here is a list of attitudes and personalities you can adopt if you can’t think of one:

a) Same attitude as in canon.

b) Carefree and happy go lucky attitude with a fighter’s mentality, and a hint of naivety when serious situations appear.

c) Cynical and not bothered attitude where his respect goes only so far, which only ever occurs with those he has a close relationship with.

If the attitudes above are hard to write you could choose to have Naruto imitate someone from the canon or create something unique all together.

3. Naruto must have the Mokuton bloodline. Due to the nature of the Mokutonhe is able to use such skills by extension like Puppet Technique/Kugutsu no Jutsu and Konan’s skill in paper manipulation Kami Origami no Jutsu due to these skills possessing wood properties. Many of the skills Naruto will be learning within these three areas are similar to what has been demonstrated by characters in the canon. Among other things, because of Naruto’s bloodline he has a strong affinity with Earth and Water, so he will be able to use ninjutsus which rely on that element, whether you want to add another affinity is up to you.

4. Naruto use of the Kyuubi’s chakra is more accessible and controllable since he has the Wood Release; it allows him to suppress it if it gets out of control. He can also use his bloodline to focus it into his puppets as well as his paper based techniques increasing their attributes and his own. This is optional so you don’t have to use this concept but it is there if you want to use it.

5. Naruto weapon and taijutsu has to be high. I’m not against him using more then one style or fan made styles. Here is a list of weapons for you to consider when writing your Naruto which I found through reading information from Soul Calibur:

Any fighting style you choose is your own to decide since many writers like different forms. Also, as you may have noticed, some of the weapons are not all entirely Japanese so some of you may think it inconsistent to use western weapons in a Japanese oriented story.

6. This is optional but will be necessary if Naruto is to succeed in defeating his opponents. Naruto’s Fuuinjutsu training must be one of his major skills since it is used regularly by most ninjas in a variety of ways. Whether or not he develops fast or slow is up to you.

7. When it comes to Naruto’s Kuchiyose no Jutsu I am not picky on what is chosen to be his summon. You can continue to use the traditional Toad Contract if you want but if you can think of a different one you can use it. I’ve always been partial to the Salamander Contract since no one knows whether or not Hanzo, the only known user of the Salamander Summon, is dead or alive. If you can not think of one here is a list of potential animals to consider, relative to species they are part of:

a) Reptile (Lizard, Snake, Dragon etc.)

b) Avian (Phoenix, Owl, Raven, Dove, Eagle, Hawk, Pigeon, Fowl etc.)

c) Aquatic (Whale, Dolphin, Shark, Manta-ray, Squid etc.)

8. Naruto could have a trainer or he could be a true vagabond and go at it alone. This person can be the one who snuck Naruto out of Konoha if you want. If you decide to have someone train him here is a list of potential teachers:

a) Tenzo/Yamato (He is the only other user of the Mokuton.)

b) Iruka (He seems to be the only person to have been willing to train and prepare Naruto at being a ninja.)

c) Jiraiya (Most obvious reason is he is the Godfather to Naruto so it is his responsibility to look out for Naruto.

d) Rin (It’s unknown if she’s dead so she is a potential a teacher because she was trained by Naruto’s father and unlike Kakashi would have done everything within her power to take care of him, adopting him even.)

e) Teuchi & Ayame (They may be ramen chefs but they’ve always treated Naruto well, and the idea that they could be skilled ninja’s in disguise has always been an appealing idea. So what if they trained Naruto?)

9. Naruto romantic interest can be anyone you want it to be, even a harem if you like since it seems to be a popular theme in many Naruto fan fictions (the relationship can't be slash though.) If you have no basis to help you make a decision here is a list for you to use or add on to:

a) Naruto & Hinata (A popular pairing.)

b) Naruto & Female Haku (Another popular pairing.)

c) Naruto & Ino (Two blonds together, enough said.)

d) Naruto & TenTen (She can keep Naruto in line.)

e) Naruto & Temari (Two blonds again, only this time the girl is the sister to Naruto’s friend and fellow jinchuriki.)

f) Naruto & Ayame (Ramen, nothing more to say.)

g) Naruto & Anko (This always seemed to me as a one night stand relationship but if anyone can make something of it be my guest.)

h) Naruto & Kurenai (An unlikely one yet it does appear so try if you can.)

i) Naruto & Tsunade (I don’t see Naruto sleeping with baa-chan, unless she takes a de-aging tonic or something similar.)

j) Naruto & Shizune (This relationship hasn’t really been expanded on but it does hold great potential.)

k) Naruto & Shion (Both have been through similar areas of loneliness and pain, she is also a demon priestess who can help Naruto with his demon.)

l) Naruto & Koyuki Kazahana (She could meet Naruto during her job and from there love could bloom.)

m) Naruto & Tsunami (This is a popular coupling. Naruto may travel to Wave and help when needed and it is this help that makes her love for him grow.)

n) Naruto & Yugito + Bijuu (Not many stories with these two yet it is popular due to her being like Naruto.)

o) Naruto & Female Kyuubi (Another popular pairing. Take heed you must for when she is in lust you must donate.)

p) Naruto & Harem (This is possibly the most popular coupling since it fulfils the need for the hero getting all the girls in the end.)

9a. However, you don’t have to use the canon characters for a relationship. You can make up your own if you like. Here are a few made up female characters I thought of at random. Use them if you like and add to their skills if you think it will serve them well:

a) Riri (Name means Lily. Daughter of Zetsu. Her appearance is like a younger version of Kurenai only with green hair, smaller version of the Venus flytrap jaws on shoulders, and feature similar to father from skin to eyes. Same cannibalistic tendencies and skills as father but more insatiable. If she ever ends up with Naruto it would be because of his Mokuton which is the closest thing to plants.)

b) Funu Uchiha (Name means Fan. Direct descendant of Madara Uchiha. Has Madara’s long hair style and some facial features which are constant with all Uchiha. Body type would be something similar to what a young Tsume Inuzuka would look like. Her skills would be that of all Uchiha, what they see they copy. Attitude is similar to Tayuya’s with the threatening and aggression but it not always present, it only appears when she is really annoyed. Her infatuation with Naruto could be because he is probably a descendant of the man who defeated her ancestor, and like Sasuke, she is all for restoring her clan as long as it is with someone she considers strong in both mind and body.)

c) Suteru Akimichi (Name comes from the word butterfly in Japanese. Young sister to Choji with skills and attributes similar to him and many members of her family. Her attitude is gentle and nurturing in nature, and she likes to cook. Her appearance is unlike any of the other members of her family, she has a fairer look compared to her mother with some slight chubby areas on her body which exemplify her figure giving her a sexy facade, she has similar markings on her cheeks like her brother, and red hair like her father. Her reasons for falling for Naruto could be related to a crush but also to the fact that Naruto could be the one who eats her food she cooks in huge loads which to her is flattering.)

10. Hiashi Hyuga wants to establish a marriage contract with Naruto and his first daughter because of his bloodline and lineage, given the good relations between the two clans of Hyuga and Senju in the past, and wants to re-establish that. Again, this is optional but at the same time it is a popular theme since it creates friction where Naruto’s free will is at stake.

11. Danzo sees Naruto as he has always seen him, a weapon and political peace to be played on his board so that he can achieve what he wants.

12. The Civilian Council is as you would expect them to be. Pompous, arrogant and corrupt. They say they want Naruto for the fact that he belongs where his home is but this is a lie. They want to use Naruto to breed others with his bloodline by using the Clan Restoration Act (C.R.A.) For the Clan Council it is more based on protecting their village and those that live in their walls, to them Naruto falls into this category. Like all stories I’ve come across this is almost a constant theme since it brings into question the motives of the Council.

13. Naruto sees the 3rd Hokage as his grandfather and always goes to him for advice. Naruto can even be trained in the art of bojutsu by the Third when he is out on political missions which require him to be out of Konoha. Not an unusual theme just not expanded upon enough. Try as might, if you want.

14. Naruto relationship with the rookie nine and teachers can be what you want but it is in most stories pretty much the same apart from three characters receiving the bashing. Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi will be the ones in for a bashing. Sasuke wants more power to kill his brother and sees Naruto as means of obtaining that so he will demand, challenge and threaten Naruto on occasion, and loose. Sakura is the typical fan girl who thinks Sasuke is always right and Naruto is trying to upstage him. One aspect which must happen is that she becomes a Medical Ninja. Kakashi’s bashing comes from how he treats his genin’s. He shows blatant favouritism towards Sasuke where he trains him more then the others. It is so blatant that he will on occasion ask/command Naruto to help Sasuke by teaching him some of his jutsu skills which Naruto will deny. In essence there will be a great deal of friction between these three and Naruto.

15. You can choose to have Tsunade return early once word has spread that the Senju Clan has returned to Konoha (How she reacts to Naruto is entirely up.)

16. It has always been a concept I’ve enjoyed reading when Naruto regularly plays with Konohamaru and his friend Udon and Moegi, and having them refer to Naruto as oniichan, oniisan or oniisama. The games they play are usually Ninja or playing pranks on people.

17. Again, you can choose to use this concept but I do believe it will serve the story well if you do. Naruto’s family history/lineage is that his father is the grandson of the Second Hokage, which was kept secret. His mother is the lost older sister of Konan, both separated during the war, and both are distant relatives of the Senju Clan which in this story explains how Naruto is able to use Kami Origami no Jutsu. Tsunade is his (I'm not sure! HELP!!) Jiraiya will be Godfather as he always is.

Here is the list of skills which relate to Naruto having the Mokuton and Konan’s skill in paper control (or Bloodline.)

Mokuton (Wood Style/Wood Release)

Wood Release techniques combine earth and water-based chakra to create wood. Wood Release techniques can be produced from anywhere, including the user's body, as the user's chakra is literally converted into a source of life. Hashirama Senju (1st Hokage) was the originator of this ability, evidenced by the fact that none of his relatives have been shown capable of using Wood Release. The First's ability to use these techniques was the reason for him being given the title of Hokage, and with Wood Release Secret Technique: Birth of Dense Woodland he was able to grow the trees that served as the foundation of Konohagakure.

Mokuton: Jubaku Eiso (Wood Release: Binding Nest)

This technique lets the user summon a tree around their opponent to bind them. This technique is relatively powerful and holds opponents much more gracefully, with less of a strain on the user, because the user sinks them into the ground. Afterwards, the user can enclose the opponent so that their body implodes.

Mokuton: Shichuka no Jutsu (Wood Release: Four Pillars House Technique)

Mokuton users can create large wooden houses. The jutsu apparently has no practical use in combat, and appears to simply be a technique Yamato and Naruto can use this when they doesn't want to camp outside.

Mokuton: Shichuro no Jutsu (Wood Release: Four Pillars Prison Technique)

Unlike Wood Release: Four Pillars House Technique, this jutsu does hold a practical use in combat as it is a quick place to hold captives when there are no available holding cells. Tenzo uses this jutsu as a means to teach Naruto a lesson respect.

Mokuton: Daijurin no Jutsu (Wood Release: Great Forest Technique)

A technique that changes one's own arm into big trees. Using chakra, the tissues are transformed into trees at the cellular level. Then, by activating the trees, stimulating them to grow rapidly, they lengthen at high speed and fork into many branches. It is possible to capture the enemy with these branches and at the same time, if one changes the ends into sharp stakes, turn them into countless, sharp, spear-like piercing weapons.

Mokuton: Renchūka no Jutsu (Wood Release: Serial Pillar Houses Technique)

This technique is a larger scaled version of the Wood Release: Four Pillars House Technique. Instead of creating a single house, Mokuton users can create multiple houses at once. It appears to be an exhausting technique as it can use a substantial amount of chakra rather quickly, though.

Mokuton: Henge (Wood Style: Transformation Jutsu/Wood Release: Transformation)

This jutsu is just like any other Transformation Technique. Naruto and Tenzo can perform the necessary hand seals, then wood emerges and covers their entire body and a puff of smoke or chakra covers up the transformation. Once the jutsu is done, the transformation is complete. It acts more like a costume than a transformation, as Naruto or Tenzo is able to leave it behind if necessary.

Mokuton: Mokujoheki (Wood Style: Domed Wall/Wood Release: Wood Locking Wall)

An extremely versatile move, this technique uses chakra to activate the roots in the ground and, using the Mokuton user as a reference point, makes wooden pillars appear from left and right. The wooden pillars join together in a dome-shape with the user at the centre. This process can be used to catch the enemy in a double sided attack. Also, in case one confronts the enemy at a short distance, the enemy can be locked up inside the dome, setting the situation for a one-on-one fight. This dome can also be collapsed or burnt with the enemy inside causing damage. Furthermore, it functions as an easy shelter against the enemy's long-distance attacks, like shuriken and kunai.

Hokage-shiki Jijun Jutsu - Kakuan Nitten Suishu (Hokage-style Sixty-year-old Technique - Kakuan Entering Society with Bliss-bringing Hands/Hokage Style Restoration Jutsu: Chakra Suppression/Hokage Style Elder Jutsu: Kakuan's Tenth Edict On Enlightenment)

By utilizing the Wood Release power to harness the user's own life energy, the user will produce a seal in the form of kanji "seat" on his hand. By then pointing that hand and focusing the chakra on a target of nature energy (i.e. tailed beasts), the user will be able to control the target through its chakra. A variation of this jutsu is to suppress natural chakra. To aid in this final effect, the user will use the Wood Release to produce several wood spiked posts with dragon heads from the ground to surround the target. The posts will then begin to drain the potency of the chakra until the chakra fully recedes back into the target. The stronger the chakra is in comparison to the user's own chakra, the closer the user must be for this jutsu to work.

Mokuton Hijutsu: Jukai Kōtan (Wood Release Secret Technique: Birth of Dense Woodland/Secret Earth Jutsu: Deep Forest Creation/Secret Wood Style Jutsu: Deep Forest Emergence)

Wood Release users can force trees to grow on any surface, and can easily create a dense forest anywhere. It was this technique that allowed Hashirama to build the foundations of Konoha. This jutsu can also be used to bind an opponent and alter a battlefield for the users own purposes.

Kami Origami no Jutsu (Paper Art Technique)

Paper Art Technique is (in this challenge) an extension of the Wood Release which allows the user to manipulate paper as one would manipulate the elements. Paper Art can be produced from anywhere by cutting a tree into thin flat strands of paper or any other type paper since paper is a wood, once this is done the user can very much use the paper in a number of ways. Most common uses have been to use paper cards as projectiles which are then thrown at high velocities towards targets.

Shikigami no Mai (Dance of the Shikigami)

Using his Wood Release and skills in high origami and ninjutsu, Naruto can turn his body and clothing into many sheets of paper. He can control and reshape every sheet at will, making such forms as weapons for attack, butterflies for spying, or paper airplanes for quick transport.

Kami Bunshin (Paper Clone)

This jutsu takes advantage of Naruto’s ability to make and control paper. By combining his chakra into paper, he can shape the paper into a perfect replica of his body that he can be in command of distantly. When the clone is hit or disperses, it merely collapses back into sheets of paper.

Kami Shuriken (Paper Shuriken)

Naruto infuses paper with his chakra and uses them as weapons instead of normal shuriken. Unlike normal shuriken, these do not appear to spin.

Kugutsu no Jutsu (Puppet Technique/Art of the Puppet Master/Puppet Master Jutsu)

This jutsu uses strings of chakra to control puppets like marionettes. Any number of chakra strings can be used to control a puppet, but users with more skill can use fewer strings per puppet. Apart from being used to control marionettes, the chakra strings can be attached to other objects, allowing the user to control, or at the very least disrupt, other things. This technique has few weaknesses: since the puppeteer uses the user’s hands to manipulate the puppets, if the hands are disabled, then the technique could be neutralized. Also, while controlling the doll, the user is wide open if the opponent bypasses the puppet. For this reason, puppeteers avoid battle, relying almost exclusively on their puppets instead.

+ Juken (Gentle Fist) Challenge +

This is my second challenge idea.

There have been many stories where Naruto has bloodlines and skills that no one else can do, and in most cases they are great to read. Here’s an idea that has been in my brain for ages.

Imagine what Naruto life would be like if he was trained or knew the fighting style of the Hyuuga Clan but imagine that Naruto used it differently from the Hyuuga. While the Hyuuga’s bloodline allows them to use there fighting style to slow, disable and destroy chakra pathways they need their bloodline to do so. Naruto on the other hand does not. So how would he utilize a fighting style that requires a bloodline to bring out its best results? The answer is he does not utilize their fighting style, in the traditional sense that is; in fact what he does is use it differently in such a way that it can not be considered the gentle fist. Because of the lack of a bloodline Naruto is unable to affect the chakra pathways; instead he focuses his attention on affecting the pressure points all over the human body. He uses the same fighting stances, moves and techniques but because he is affecting pressure points the results are far more devastating (think Fist of the North Star.) He is able to hit someone and essentially blow of limbs with nothing more then a tap of his finger, he can make a mans body stop moving by disabling or destroying the connections that allow information from the brain to reach the other parts of the human body, and he can make a person body go numb making a person slow and sluggish in a fight. He can also use this style to bring relief to pain by affecting the pressure points. Due the devastating nature that Naruto’s use of the Juken can produce it can not be considered the gentle fist style and instead goes by another name…

… Rougufu (Rough Fist.)

Things to happen in this challenge:

1. The general outline of this story is the same but has to have it where Naruto either gains the skill of the Juken by being trained by the Hyuuga or by watching them when they were not looking. Some of you writers may think that it is impossible for a Hyuuga to miss a spy but let’s just say they are unable to catch Naruto if he is watching them.

2. Naruto's attitude can be whatever you want it to be as long as it fits with the criteria of the challenge. Given the style he is learning I am partial to him having a similar attitude to Goku out of Dragon Ball where he, has a carefree and happy go lucky attitude, this could build upon Naruto being the opposite of a Hyuuga where as they are stoic and reserved (snobbish) while Naruto is always happy and open. The duality comes from the differences in the use of the Juken. This is just optional though

3. Naruto can have other skills, techniques and if you like a bloodline, as long as it is secondary to his Juken training.

4. Naruto use of the Kyuubi’s chakra in most cases would hinder his ability to use the Juken, how he overcomes this is up to you. But let’s say he learns to manipulate the Kyuubi’s chakra, you can also say the devastation of Naruto more violent attacks is a result of the intensity of Kyuubi’s chakra which is so benevolent in itself that the human bodies pressure points can not handle it which is why people explode when he hits them. Either way, the Kyuubi is inside him and he will have to deal with it, and it will either hinder his development of benefit it.

5. Naruto can be if you like a well trained weapon master. His fighting style is a devastating one so why not make him a master of weapons so that he has variety. You can also have it where he is able to use weapons as an extension of his fighting style where he is able to focus the weapons in such a way that he can deal similar result as if he was using his fists.

6. Naruto can have a summon contract if you like but truth be told I would reframe from one in this challenge until he is older and wiser. Too many writers have it where he is able to summon early making him too powerful. Let him develop his fighting style first before he learns the more exotic jutsus.

7. Naruto’s trainer depends, it depends on if he acquired the Juken by being trained by a Hyuuga or by watching them. If he was trained it would be that Hyuuga who is his trainer, if not then it is entirely up to you but quite frankly, who else can train him on how to use the Juken?

8. Naruto love in this story as in the previous challenge is for you to decide, but if you want you can use this idea which I think will benefit the story development. Let’s say that Naruto was the one who rescued Hinata when she was being abducted and was the one who killed the kidnapper by showing for the first time how devastating his Juken can be. Little does he know that Hinata, the girl he rescued, after the event has taken to following him and it is from that her crush is formed on little Naruto.

9. Naruto’s relationship with the Hyuuga can go two ways. If he is trained by them in their style he is essentially a member of their clan and has a respectable relationship with all Hyuuga. If not, then things are the same as in the series or whatever you plan. One thing is certain, when the Hyuuga discover Naruto’s skills they would be rather displeased that someone knows their prized style but at the same time impressed if not intrigued that he is able to use it to deliver affects different from what it was meant to do.

10. Danzo is the same as is the Civilian Council, always trying to gain some control over how Naruto should be treated and what to do with him. For the Clan they would be uninterested unless it affects the Village or themselves but this can change depending on the outcome.

11. Naruto’s relationship with the Third Hokage is a grandfather type but also has the workings of a teacher relationship where the Third will help Naruto when he can.

12. With the main cast of Naruto i.e. the rookie nine and other ninja’s Naruto relationship can be whatever you like with them as long as there is character bashing for Sasuke, Sakura and a bit on Kakashi.

13. It has always been a concept I’ve enjoyed reading when Naruto regularly plays with Konohamaru and his friend Udon and Moegi, and having them refer to Naruto as oniichan, oniisan or oniisama. The games they play are usually Ninja or playing pranks on people.
