Oh my gosh guys, finally editing my profile for the first time since the first round of site changes, which included a "last time profile was edited" feature. And even since I was here in January; ch-ch-ch-Changes! :O
I had mixed feelings at first, but I do like that the summary is easily visible from within the story (now to find out why some people have two different avatars... :.).

I am a simple reader, who finds entertainment from others due to a lacking of any talent of my own. I only have an account for the simple reason of posting, but come to think of it, it also means that I have the ability to also watch my favourites and stalk with the most ease, although lack of anonymity.

As a fanfiction-fan though, there is one thing that I absolutely must address; character-bashing. Man, I hate that stuff. I can be reading a story, be totally into it and super excited when suddenly! Karin-bashing! (and back when I read NaruSasu; Sakura-bashing! :O) Total turn off and I'm out of there in an instant. Do not pass 'Go', do not collect $200. Which means, no matter how much I liked your story until then I won't even leave a review any more.
And while we're on the topic of 'Karin-bashing'... SasuSaku-fans; What the heck? Considering the majority of the original "reasons" for not liking Karin way back in 2007 heavily mirrored the same "reasons" for Sakura-bashing that we'd always hated... why are you being so hypocritical? It's always bothered me and while maybe it's been a while since I've really been into 'new fanfics' to see if there's been any real difference since 2009, mostly I'd just read irritation and complaints that she wasn't actually killed by Sasuke (apart from the fans who had enough faith in SasuSaku from the beginning to not be threatened by Karin's presence).
No word of a lie though, if you have pro!Karin in your story (though SuiKa would make it better :3 ) I will love you forever and ever, favourite you and your work, post pretty reviews on all of your work and give you virtual hugs. So yeah, good times.

I realize that I don't have much here, though I have scribbled little itty-bitty things from time to time... I only hope that some day I will actually get a chance to get my brain babies down into a physical form for sharing. There have been times in my life when they have occupied my waking mind entirely, and stole my sleeping time to extend my waking time. I do love them so though, even if some have drifted away with time, while other's have been stuffed into old closets for the horrors of literacy and story-telling unleashed by a teenager's mind.

Thank-you for visiting my profile page, I can only hope that you found something enjoyable here, if only from my taste in stories and authors as found in my favourites. Haw, remember when we could only have a maximum of 50 favourite stories? There were probably loads that I didn't favourite because of that! (I remember once removing a 'not-so-great' favourite to make space.)

And speaking of; what will you find within those available 'resources'? Evidence of my phases in fanfiction; from general interest, to NaruSasu, to NaruSasuSaku, to SasuSaku (where it has remained for-evermore ) adding in my other OTP's as time progressed (NaruHina, LeeTen, SuiKa, and a few more surprising and impossible to find ones... like NejIno (though I used to like SaIno and recently discovered that KibaIno is a cute second-place spot) :P)

And as a side-note; there tends to be a direct correlation between when I read the manga and when I read fanfiction. During the span in which I wasn't reading manga for about two years, I wasn't reading any fanfiction, for fear of spoilers. As it so happens, right now is one such time, though I had stopped reading fanfiction in January and reading the manga during exams back in April/May.
