I'm a thirtysomething woman living in the Pacific Northwest. I've been a writer most of my life -- ever since my rather progressive first grade teacher rejected my first career choice of housewife for our 'What Do I Want to Be When I Grow Up' assignment. I thought hard, erased the drawing of myself standing at an ironing board, and redrew myself sitting at a typewriter. My teacher approved.

I've always been into fantasy and sci-fi, but about 10 years ago I discovered anime, and absolutely fell in love with it and manga. I love the artwork, the depth of character development, the sense of honor that pervades the stories -- and yeah, okay, the bishounen aren't so bad, either! .

My 'Big Three' are Inuyasha, Rurouni Kenshin, and Fushigi Yugi, but there are many others that I like, as well -- too many to list, really!

I'm really glad there's a site available like this one where I can share my fan fiction, because I can't seem to stop wanting to write about these great characters! I hope you'll enjoy reading my stories as much as I enjoy writing them!
