(Still a rough idea, going along the lines of Pokemon) Ash and his friends stumble upon a town with an interesting legend: pokemon who look exactly like and yearn to be human. Said to be one of the most powerful pokemon to exist, if it really does, with the ability to change it's given element at will. Yet when Ash stumbles upon a grumpy girl, is the legend really only a legend? (So far, no intended romance)
