Author has written 17 stories for StarCraft, Rurouni Kenshin, Bleach, Fire Emblem, Mass Effect, Star Wars, Fate/stay night, Harry Potter, Darksiders, Teen Titans, and Star Wars. Hey there, I'm Bloodhawk 248. I'm an American citizen, and I'm also an aspiring writer because I have nothing else interesting to do, and so sit here puttering away at my computer to stop the plot bunnies from eating me. Stupid plot bunnies. I am currently a fan of Evangelion, Fate/stay night, Tsukihime, Kara no Kyoukai (basically Nasuverse, actually)...Zero no Tsukaima, I guess, but that's a little iffy. Non-anime interests include Warhammer 40,000, The Dresden Files, A Song of Ice and Fire, anything having the slightest to do with King Arthur, the European era of knights in armor, and most recently, angels. Yeah, a bit of a motley bunch. CURRENT STORIES Phase Shift: (In Progress) Abandoned by his friends and with no idea of his task, Harry receives unexpected help in the form of a young woman claiming to be none other than King Arthur. The fact that she carries a legendary sword and can absorb Killing Curses with no side-effects makes her quite welcome to a wizard with no tools and no friends. This is probably the first serious saga I will ever get done, and hoo boy is it a doozy. I have the story basically planned out, with blanks for the specifics to be filled in as I get there. Phase Shift is planned to be the first of two, possibly three, maybe even four (novels? I don't think I'll be writing enough to qualify for that) chronicling the timeline created when Saber was summoned by Harry Potter. Though I at first intended it to be primarily an HP/FSN cross, most of the FSN characters aren't available, being either dead or in Japan with no reason to leave it. Because of that, I've expanded the story to include the Nasuverse at large. Several Tsukihime characters will be showing up (actually, it's probably safe to say most of them will make an appearance one way or another). Now, regarding Phase Shift itself: the planning has been rather haphazard and was changed a lot by random ideas and the input of my beta, who I only began talking with after Chapters 1 and 2 had been written. As a result, PS will probably not be as coherent and put-together as I would have preferred. Hopefully the others will be a lot better. Rewinding the Dream: (Complete) He claims that it's wrong to want to change the past. Fate will test his conviction. Eh, I've hit a roadblock with this one. I originally had a rather complicated scenario to set up, then I realized it was nothing new and I wouldn't really enjoy writing it. So, I decided to leave it like this. It's not great, but it can stand alone as a meditation on how Shirou became a Heroic Spirit, or rather, as a meditation on it if he ever did. Rider's Aria: (Complete) He could not have predicted the world he was thrust into, nor the enemies he must fight, yet he knows the outcome will be the same. Just a plot bunny inspired by Caphriel's use of Lelouch in his piece Assassin's Requiem. This wasn't a serious story, just a method to stave off Eliwood so he wouldn't try to make an appearance in Phase Shift. Though, that might have failed...still, at least he'll show up in a better and smoother way. It's essentially what would have happened had Sakura summoned Eliwood of Pherae from Fire Emblem 7 as her Servant, though it only chronicles his fight with Gilgamesh. I'm not too happy with it, but it's alright. PLANNED STORIES Murder Speculation Redux: As his first assignment as an Auror, Harry Potter is sent to Japan to help solve a grisly series of murders whose perpetrator has not been caught, leading to fears about a supernatural creature being involved. As he enters the grimy back-street alleys of Mifune City, he quickly becomes embroiled in fierce combat with a secretive and sadistic cult of Dark Wizards led by an incredibly powerful half demon. Adding spice to the mix is the subsequent arrival of a fanatical Catholic Church agent with enough guns to blow the entire city to hell, which seems to be his intention. And to top it off, his only ally is just as willing to kill him as she is the enemy... A Kara no Kyoukai/Harry Potter cross-over inspired by a mix of watching the KnK movies (which are awesome, by the way) and my own musings on a Harry thrown into different situations. It's not going to be as big of a project as Phase Shift, if it even gets off the ground; probably only one story comprising...eh, anywhere from 10-15 chapters, but I'm not good at estimation. | |||||||
