I am… extremely clumsy.

I fly quite a lot, and recently, I got upgraded to business class 5 times in a row. It’s great, don’t be mistaken, but I always feel so out of place. Here they are, the fancy businessmen in their crisp white suits and perfectly ironed trousers, the middle aged ladies in their pearls and polos and knits, and the rich family all donned in Ralph Laurent. And then, there’s me, dressed and prepared for a rough ride. The worse part is meal times. When asked what they wanted to drink, most people around me ask for cognacs and champagnes, while I’m like… “Umm, how about orange juice?” It's not that I don't drink, I'm just one of those people who are... er... mildly (ok, extremely) sensitive to motion, and I get motion sickness so easily, it's a wonder why I'm not losing weight from it. That sounded wrong... Anyways, if i can manage to puke all the contents of my stomach from just a plane, imagine what would happen if I drank on a plane? No no.

Once I managed to flick a bean down my seat. It was the most embarrassing thing. Ever.

Favourite Book: Lolita - Vladimir Nabokov

Favourite Film: Pride and Prejudice (I like the book and the 1995 BBC version too, although technically, that isn't a film.)

Loves: Eating, reading, writing, being a lazy ass bitch... dancing when drunk. Drinking the leftover milk after some sugary cereal...mmm, just the right temperature and all nice and sugary sweet. Eating toast with butter and chocolate spread together.

Hates: SPIDERS. I hate everything about them; the way they stay in one place for like...12 hours, not moving a leg, and then, you turn around...AND IT'S GONE! WTF! WHERE DID IT GO? So then you spend the rest of the night tossing and turning and freaking out at any moving shadows. Until, that is, you turn around, and DUN DUN DUUUUUUN! IT'S STARING RIGHT AT YOUR FACE! ARRRGGGGGGHHHHHH!! OMFG, TURN THE EFFIN LIGHTS ON! OMG! IT'S RIGHT THERE! IT'S SCURRYING! OMG, THE WAY IT MOVES! ok, I'll stop freaking out now. But hey, that's pretty much what they do. Oh, and I hate their webs as well. How it's invisible and everything and then... you walk right into one and its like...AHH! DON'T EAT ME YOU BASTARD!

One last thing to writers out there. When I was younger, I used to write fanfiction, and everytime I added a new chapter; I'd wake up in the next morning to find, let's say, 14 new emails in my inbox. Delighted, I'd click in, expecting at least ONE of them to be a review... only to find none. I'd get annoyed.

"Heck!?" I'd think. "14 emails from ff.net; all you people bother to favourite me and alert list me, but you just can't be bothered to write 2 sentences?"

Having said that, it is true that reviews are 10000 times more satisfying than any list or C2 you get put in. But hey, to quote Cyberwolf, you are not 'entitled' nor do you 'deserve' anything from fanfic, which is borrowing someone else's characters and worlds. You are especially not 'entitled' or 'deserving' of REVIEWS.

Therefore, I really don't like it when I come across a story where the author, so gracefully threatens (yes, I used the word threaten) the readers to leave comments. "Don't know if I'll continue; I'll see how many reviews I get", or worse, "If I don't get over -insert number- of reviews for this chapter, I won't continue." That... is just bleh.
