Author has written 3 stories for Oblivion, Discworld, and X-Men: The Movie.

I just got back here from being away for a long, long time, so I'm kinda new but not really. I'm a lurker of...seven years, has it really been that long?

If you know of a good X-Men fic, feel free to PM it to me. Especially if it's Magneto/Mystique.

Also, if you were curious as to what the best fanfic ever written is, it's Only Human by Alara Rogers. If the name Q means anything to you in reference to Star Trek, read it NAO.

My favorite fandoms in a painstakingly-thought-out order:

Assassin's Creed, 1 or 2. This will probably change soon, I'm just excited about it since I'm playing through the games right now, and naturally I picked the really strange pairing of Ezio/Leonardo to get attached to >>
X-Men
The Elder Scrolls, especially anything with Vivec
Torchwood
Lord of the Rings
Star Trek Next-Gen
Star Wars

If you have a fanfic that falls under any of that, and you want someone to read it, feel free to send it over. I don't have time to search for things but I'll read pretty much anything in those fandoms.

Favorite books:
The Bible
Les Miserables - Victor Hugo
The Moorchild - Eloise McGraw
The Last Days of a Condemned Man - Victor Hugo
Lord of the Rings - Tolkein
The Eye of the World - Robert Jordan (got me hooked on fantasy)

Top 15 most played on my iTunes:
Bastila Shan from Knights of the Old Republic soundtrack
Dancers on a String from Bioshock soundtrack
Need - Hana Pestle
The Sun Has Climbed the Hill - some choir
All I Know - Stream of Passion
Theme from Schindler's List (Reprise)
XCVII - How Like a Winter
Day Eleven: Love - Ayreon
You Promised Me a Symphony - The Gathering
Not the Red Baron - Tori Amos
Love Song for a Vampire - Annie Lennox
Je Suis Malade - Lara Fabian
Voca Me - Liberia
We Suck Young Blood - Radiohead
Agnus Dei - Choir of Trinity College Cambridge

...if you know a single song on that list, I salute you!

So…I like quotes.

“Those who criticize our generation forget who raised it.” ~Anonymous

“Christianity, if false, is of no importance, and if true, of infinite importance. The only thing it cannot be is moderately important.” ~C. S. Lewis

“Take comfort in the fact that, though you stand tall and alone, others take shelter in the shadow that you cast.” Okay, this one’s from a Star Wars book, but hey, it’s kinda cool >>

“To be nobody-but-myself in a world which is doing its best, night and day, to make me everybody else—means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight, and never stop fighting.” ~e. e. cummings

“A compliment is something like a kiss through a veil.” ~Victor Hugo

“Almost all our desires, when examined, contain something too shameful to reveal.”~Victor Hugo

“Sorrow is a fruit. God does not make it grow on limbs too weak to bear it.” ~Victor Hugo

“We do not believe in ourselves until someone reveals that deep inside us something is valuable, worth listening to, worthy of our trust, sacred to our touch. Once we believe in ourselves we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight or any experience that reveals the human spirit.” ~e. e. cummings

“If you find it in your heart to care for somebody else, you will have succeeded.” ~Maya Angelou

“You can only come to the morning through the shadows.” ~J.R.R. Tolkien

“Don't tell me the moon is shining; show me the glint of light on broken glass.” ~Anton Chekhov

And the best one of all (I’m in this one, I’m the guy mentioned last):

“There are, it has been said, two types of people in the world. There are those who, when presented with a glass that is exactly half full, say: this glass is half full. And then there are those who say: this glass is half empty. The world belongs, however, to those who can look at the glass and say: What's up with this glass? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass! And at the other end of the bar the world is full of the other type of person, who has a broken glass, or a glass that has been carelessly knocked over (usually by one of the people calling for a larger glass) or who had no glass at all, because he was at the back of the crowd and had failed to catch the barman's eye.” ~Terry Pratchett
