Author has written 8 stories for Newsies, Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland, and Jane and the Dragon.
Occupation: I work in a nursery with cute little kids that like to beat me with pillows!

Schpeel: Hi. I'm Scratch O'Brien. I love Earl Grey Tea, my buddies, Newsies, readin', writin' and avoidin' arithmetic, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, music, acting, Treasure Planet (I smell a new fanfic...) singing, playing piano and flute, drawing, Peter Pan and my slippers. I think libraries smell brown (they DO! And I was reading a book called So You Want to Be a Wizard when I was twelve pretty good, not your average kid-finds-out-he/she-is-a-wizard book by I can't remember, and the AUTHOR SAYS THAT LIBRARIES SMELL BROWN! Ooooh! Scratch thought that before she read the book, though.). My Converse actually do match Peter Pan's tunic, (at least Peter Pan Disney...) and I am one of the most sarcastic and cynical people you could ever hope to meet, and if you read my stories you see that reflects almost everywhere except in Dinah's Ribbon, because Alice wasn't very sarcastic, and Bye Bye, Birdie, because I decided to try something new. :( If you read my stories, you also might notice I always write from the protagonists perspective, except for very short parts in Dinah's Ribbon.

Now that you have read about me, you must read my fics. Then you need to review them :D

If you have ever fallen up the stairs copy this into your profile.

If you have ever pushed on a door that said pull or the vise versa copy this into your profile.

If you have ever been so obsessed with something that now everyone is scared of you because of its effects copy this into your profile.

92 percent of the teenage population would die if Abercrombie and Fitch said that it wasn't cool to breathe anymore. Put this in your profile if you're part of the 8 percent that would be laughing your head off.

If you have ever had a mad laughing fit for absolutely no reason, copy and paste this into your profile.

If you have ever run into a door, copy this into your profile.

If you have ever forgotten your name while introducing yourself, copy this to your profile.

Ninety-Five percent of teenagers are concerned about being popular. If you are part of the five percent who aren't, copy this into your profile.

If you've ever burst out laughing in a quiet room, copy this into your profile

For me, crazy is a loose term. Crazy is when you stare at a pencil and laugh when someone asks you just what you find so interesting about the eraser. Crazy is when you have an hour long sob-fest, then start singing and dancing when your favorite song plays. Crazy is when you do or say a totally random thing, like "do you ever wonder where the eraser bits go?" or start having a thumbwar with yourself. If you're crazy, copy this onto your profile.

If you have ever run into a parked car, copy and paste this into your profile.

Personal Catch Phrase:

"Oh sweet muffin mix!" And yes, I came up with that all by myself. You steal, you die.

Personal Quote:

People were commenting on how skinny I am, and calling me a twig. I replied with:

"I'm not really a twig... I mean, yeah, I'm skinny, but I'm not anorexic. I think I'm more of a churro..."

Weaknesses :

People that feed my ego crumpets (coughMemorarecough), Cookie Crisp Cereal (I am sooo mad that they changed the dog! The old Cookie Crisp dog was sooo much cuter!) Newsies, books (You should see me in the library. I just checked out a stack of books that is about as long as my torso)

Strengths:

Reading, writing, making smart aleck remarks, being klutzy (my newsie name is Scratch because there is always a scratch or scrape on me somewhere), my puppy dog face (I can do the lip/chin quiver and everything. It actually worked on my parents when I was younger.)

Favorite Movies:

Newsies, Treasure Planet, The Thief and the Cobbler, and Monty Python and the Holy Grail

Favorite Books:

Heir Apparent by I don't know, Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson, Most stuff by Tamora Pierce (especially Terrier! I can't wait until Bloodhound!), The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster, Mandy by Julie Andrews, the Sammy Keyes Series by Wendelin Van Draanen... the list goes on and on...
