Already Lost - Zack always thought he'd be strong enough to fight anything. He fought a whole army to get back to her. But how do you fight something that can't be seen? How do you save something that's already lost? Another Zack survival story, but with a bit of a twist. One-shot. Best Friends - Zack and Aerith are best friends, and they always will be, simple as that. But Zack never considered that one day they might be something more than best friends...and when he realizes, will it be too late? Flufftastic, so prepare to squeal without restraint and have your brain melt. Current WIPS: *ON HIATUS* CHAPTER 13 UP -Mercenaries - Zack and Cloud are both mercenaries, with a grudge against Shinra. Cloud and Zack don't know each other, however, and they have different reasons for their grudges. Both were once part of SOLDIER, but left due to suspicions against Shinra. The company is after the Ancient, of course, so AVALANCHE does their best to hinder them, sending their hired mercenary, Cloud Strife, to apprehend her first. *ON HIATUS* CHAPTER 2 UP - Ancient History - Sequel to Memories and Second Chances. Told from Aerith's point of view, as she tries to cope with the loss of Zack, tries to continue with her life, and come to grips with the changes around her. She starts to learn some things about herself though...things that could change her life even more than it already has. *IN PROGRESS* CHAPTER 17 UP - Love Thy Enemy - Aerith is part Cetra, a 1st Class Mage, and most importantly, Shinra's secret weapon. Zack Fair is a country boy from Gongaga, living with an incurable, life-altering condition, and a hatred for Shinra. The two meet under warring circumstances, fighting for different factions - the question is, can they save each other? A Word From Me: Despite having to work on three other stories, new ideas continue to pester me. I have about three things on hold right now, but I feel like they're fit to burst, so I'm just going to slap the ideas up here. If they seem like they're any good, shoot me a PM or something - I'd like to hear what my readers think. (: Breaking Point - Continuation of Already Lost; All Zack wants is a chance to bring Aerith back from the brink of insanity, but Shinra keeps pushing him until he reaches his breaking point. Everything he does is for her - every intention he has is good. Of course, no one ever thinks of themselves as the bad guy. When things snap, the line between hero and villain blurs... Mako Drug - No summary for this one yet, just a page or so of hastily scribbled down thoughts in my notebook. An AU, with the premise being that Materia is a drug that people become addicted to. Probably told from Aerith's POV. Bringing a different meaning to 'that mako glow'. Hunted - Another AU, in a world where magic is forbidden the use of materia is controlled by those Shinra. History claims the Ancients to be an extinct race, but Aerith knows differently. She is the last Ancient, and she is being hunted. | |||||||
