Hello to everybody at fanfiction.net! (waves happily and continues writing)

Ok well, I just want to assure everyone that I am still around :D Hopefully I'll have a couple of one-shot's I'm working on posted up soon. Enjoy 2009!

Right well first a little bit about me I guess:

Name: Calenmarwen, Cali for short. This is my pen-name anyway as I'm sure you've guessed!

Age: 21

Location: Gardens of Lorien; Middle Earth

Gender: Female, if you can't tell from my work

Personality: Rather shy, quiet and generally known to be a little crazy ... ok very crazy. I personally find crazy people more interesting. Self confessed hopeless romantic, who tends to daydream. Very easily distracted especially when trying to revise! :) And as you might notice I have thing for dragons. Actually I have "a thing" for lots of stuff, some of which are quite wierd.

Hobbies: Reading mostly, Music; listening to and playing, Walking, Drawing & Writing, oh and Gaming.

Book: The Lord of the Rings!! I am a 100 per cent LOTR fan, and I love anything by or about Tolkien. The Lord of the Rings, is the 2nd most read book in the World and Britain's favourite book!! Books I also enjoy include; Diane Duane's Tale of the Five series, (will she ever finish it?) Richard Adams's Watership Down, Mary Hoffman's Stravaganza series, Christopher Paolini's Inheritance trilogy, Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials, Jane Watson's Star Wars: Jedi Apprentice series, Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes and many more.

Games: Myths & Legends, Dynasty Warriors, Warriors Orochi, Age of Empires, LOTR games of course! (I also love Tales of Symphonia even though I've never played it through)

Films: LOTR series, POTC series, Count of Monte Cristo, Slipper and the Rose, V for Vendetta, Star Wars, Shrek, A Knight's Tale and so many more it would be hard to list.

Music: I like lots of kinds including: Byran Adams, Casting Crowns, Dare, Duran Duran, Ian Dury and the Blockheads, Evanescence, Katie Melua, Nixckleback, Within Temptation and classical music, my favourite being Dance of the Hours. I also play the clarinet which I love. Music sets us free!

SiverMoonShining (who has changed her name) - a wonderful author who has written some fantastic Lupin/Tonks stories such as Everlasting Darkness of The Broken Heart and Amazing Happiness of a Girl In Love go read these no matter what her profile says!

Kerichi - another terrific author and reviewer. Mainly Lupin/Tonks. Very talanted and updates frequently. Some of her stories I've enjoyed include Once in a Blue Moon, A Wolf in the Moonlight and Promise of a Spring Moon as well as all the one shots that accompany. There's also a new series she's writing now and a fantastic George/Alicia fic.

My Own Writings: As you can see at present I have only written three oneshots. Reaching You being the first I ever wrote and a Lupin/Tonks. The Ninth King written to explain the appearance of one of the Nine Black Riders from LOTR. My most recent is a little ficlet titled Between the Light and the Window; it is written from Dr. Watson's pov after Holmes' apparent death. Although I have ideas for about three more stories (if I ever write them) they are chaptered and so I have not uploaded them as yet prefering to know how my stories will develop so as to avoid long delays between updates later. I have plans to write about five stories all going at once so I'm not sure what will happen first or even if they will all get written! Hopefully you may read and review the stories that are currently here and come back at a later date to discover new ones. Enjoy!
