Author has written 42 stories for Kingdom Hearts, Harry Potter, Death Note, Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Final Fantasy VII. Hello, and welcome to my fan fiction page. I hope you enjoy reading these tales as much as I enjoy writing them. Feedback and reviews are, naturally, appreciated. However, try to keep in mind that some people read the reviews before reading the story. So, please, try not to leave too many plot details in your reviews, as it can lesson the impact of certain story/character developments for other readers. I also have an account in the fan fiction section of Mugglenet.com under the penname Moon_Baby, so if you see any of these stories posted there (under that name), don’t worry, I’m not being plagiarized. I also have some fanfictions, drawings, and photos up on DeviantART under the name Riku-Rocks, and I have a livejournal account under the same name. The link above that says 'homepage' actually will take you to my Deviant Art page, where I have a few 'interviews' with some of the characters used in these stories in the journal section, especially my only OCs really used here. I rarely use Live Journal because that site just doesn't like to cooperate with me. I'm also Riku-Rocks on the IMDB, GameBase, and KHInsider, and I'm RikuRocks on Y!Gallery. A note regarding slash, yaoi, & shōnen-ai: As I have never read the rating or summary of any book, film, or video game and seen ‘slash’ or the like as a reason for the rating, or a pairing warning of any kind, I feel no need to do so. I also have yet to find any rule on this site which states that such a warning is required. Please correct me via PM if you find any such rule; I'll be happy to update my ratings/warnings. Incidentally, yaoi is not synonymous with shōnen-ai , which contains similar themes. The difference is that shōnen-ai material is not sexually explicit while yaoi generally is. I have been informed by a reliable source that the term slash can be used synonymously with yaoi and/or shonen-ai. Most of what I write is shōnen-ai (although fans seem to be able to read it into the plot even when I don't intend it to be) and I don't post any proper yaoi here, for that, you'll have to look me up on Y!Gallery. So far, most of my stories are appropriately rated T and I don't see that changing any time soon. I will also not be writing any yuri or fem-slash. No offence to those who enjoy that, but I just don't get it. Probably has something to do with the fact that I don't find females attractive in that sense. You can see my note near the bottom of this page for a list of my slash-free stories. A note regarding pairings: pairings I like include Severus/Remus, Sirius/Remus, Lily/James, Hermione/Ron, Harry/Ginny, Harry/Luna, Neville/Luna, Ginny/Neville, Zack/Aerith, Rude/Reno, Rude/Tifa, Zell/Quistis, Irvine/Selphie, Irvine/Rinoa, Seifer/Rinoa, Cid/Shera, Vincent/Lucrecia, Tseng/Elena, Leon/Riku, Sora/Penelo, Sora/Kairi, Pence/Olette, Sephiroth/Zexion, Sephiroth/Hilargi (my OC), all of the canon Disney pairings in KH, Maes/Gracia, Faramir/Eowyn, Boromir/Legolas, and all of the canon Hobbit and elfin pairings in LotR. If they are especially well written, then I also like Axel/Riku, Cloud/Riku, Cloud/Tifa, Cloud/Reno, Leon/Aerith, Tidus/Selphie, Sora/Selphie, Hayner/Kairi, Roxas/Namine, Lexaeus/Zexion, Xigbar/Demyx, Matt/Near, Matsuda/Sayu, Al/Winry, Hawkeye/Havoc, Falman/Sheska, and Roy/Ed (this one has to be very well written, in the anime universe only, and not too graphic though, as I tend to enjoy paternal stories with Roy & Ed, especially in the manga and novel universes). I dislike and quite frankly don't understand the appeal of Cloud/Leon, Kairi/Riku, Sora/Roxas, Kairi/Namine, Sephiroth/Most Characters & OCs, Angeal/Zack, Reno/Tifa, Zexion/Demyx, any Disney character/any Final Fantasy character, Snape/Sirius, James/anyone besides Lily, Draco/Hermione, Draco/Ginny, Harry/Hermione, Harry/Ron, students/professors or kids/parental figures, L/Light, Humans/Shinigami, Gimli/Legolas, Aragorn/Legolas, Most Characters &OCs/Legolas, Most Characters & OCs/Gimli, Aragorn/Boromir, Aragorn/Frodo, Frodo/Sam, Humans/Hobbits, Ed/Winry, Ed/any of Roy's subordinates, Roy/Hawkeye, Roy/Maes, most threesomes, shota, and incest; therefore, I shall never write any of them. So, now you know what to expect from me as far as pairings go. Some facts for the majority of my Kingdom Hearts stories: Aside from the changes I will mention here and facts that have yet to be released as far as I know, I try to stick close to canon KH pre-history and keep the characters in character as I see them in the games/mangas. I could totally see Sephiroth as Riku's father in Kingdom Hearts; therefore, I write him as such. An original character I created named Dr. Hilargi Akeru was Sephiroth's wife and Riku's mother. Sora's surname is Hiruma, based off the Japanese word for daylight. Kairi's surname is Ban, meaning 'evening' or 'night'. Riku's surname is Akeru and is a Japanese word for 'dawn' (it can also mean 'to open' or 'to empty'). The worlds are larger than just the areas Sora sees in the games. I assume the areas he was in were the capitols or main continents. Radiant Garden also includes the main continents (worlds/maps) from Final Fantasy VIII and Final Fantasy VII/X/X-2. As in canon KH, the Final Fantasy characters are AU versions of their original counterparts, and therefore, do not share the exact same backgrounds and past experiences as those characters. They all lived on Radiant Garden until the Heartless overtook the world. As SOLDIER is mentioned in KH2, it along with Shin-Ra exists in my universe. They based in Midgar, which is a city in the world Radiant Garden. They were once set up near the city Radiant Garden, and Ansem the Wise could call upon SOLDIER when he needed elite guards. It was temporarily set up near a town call Nibelheim on another world while the Heartless overran Radiant Garden. As Cloud was mentioned as a member of SOLDIER in KH2, I have him as one in these stories, although he was never a First Class. I have also included SeeD, which exists in Radiant Garden and Traverse Town, where it set up during the years that Radiant Garden was overrun by Heartless. In the KH manga, the Heartless overtook Radiant Garden nine years before the first KH game, so that's the timespan I use. I see Ienzo as having been 15-16 when he became a Nobody, therefore Zexion always appears that age. I could easily buy him as anywhere from 14-17, but after comparing him with the appearances of other characters, that is where I have placed him in my stories. I see the events of the games occurring over a 3-4 month timespan each game, with a year in between the end of KH1 and the beginning of KH2. The events of CoM probably took a week at the most. I don't believe that Nobodies age, therefore, I don't write them as ageing creatures. The exceptions are/were Roxas and Namine, since they were exceptions to nearly everything else regarding Nobodies due to the fact that their Others still existed. Character ages (examples given are from the first game) I have kept Leon (25), Cloud (22), Cid (42), Sora & Kairi (14), and Riku & Wakka (15) at the ages they are in canon KH. Sephiroth, Genesis, Angeal, and Hilargi all range between 34-38 at that time; Tifa, Rude, Zell, Quistis, etc. are all around Leon and Cloud's age bracket; Zack and Aerith (she is one year younger than he is) are in their early thirties, but look around Leon's age due to their circumstances; Yuffie, Gippal, Reno, and Axel are about 20-22; Zexion appears to be 15-16, as that was his age when he became a Nobody, but is in fact Leon's age; Selphie, Tidus, Penelo, & Vaan's ages have been changed to be the same as Sora and Kairi; Rex and Penelo's brother are 16; and King Mickey, Minnie, & Vincent are older than anyone would probably guess, despite their appearances. Character heights (commonly used only listed and some are rounded a bit to take less space here) Sora & Roxas: 4'1"(KH2) 5'4" (full-grown/1-2 years later). Riku, Tidus, Larxene: 4'6" (KH) 5'8" (full-grown). Kairi & Selphie: 3'10" (KH2) 5'1" (full-grown). Penelo: 4'0" (KH2) 5'2" (full-grown). Wakka: 4'8" (KH2) 5' 10" (full-grown). Van: 4'5" (KH2) 5'7" (full-grown). Squall/Leon, Laguna, Tseng, Rex: 5'9". Cloud, Reno, Larsa: 5'7". Rufus, Basch, Gippal, Hilargi: 5'8". Zexion & Aerith: 5'0". Irvine, Xemnas/Xehanort/Ansem, DiZ/Ansem, Marluxia, Vayne: 6'0". Axel & Cid: 5'10". Zack, Rude, Vexen, Vincent: 6' 2". Tifa, Zell, Ashe: 5'5". Quistis, Ellone, Saix: 5'6". Lexaeus, Ward, Angeal: 7'0". Genesis, Sephiroth, & Seymour: 6'6". Xaldin, Kiros: 6'5". Yuffie: 4'3". Demyx & Elena: 5'3". Luxord, Xigbar, Rinoa: 5'4". A note on requests: I cannot promise that I will write any plot line/story idea requested of me, however, I am not offended or bothered in any way by such requests. In fact, I am flattered by them. For those of you who like a pairing or slash warning, you may PM me to question those details. I will tell you now that Duo, Contrasting Relations, Meeting Mrs. Mouse, Chercehz Le Femme, any of the Lupine Origins stories, Forever and a Day, The Day After Forever, Unspoken Ardour, In The End, Promises, Promises, Unexpected Holiday, Saving Me, Meaningful Trivialities, New Arrivals, Tempus Fugit, An Unexpected Call, Unlocking A Legacy, Saving Me, and for the most part, The Division of a Trinity are safe for the readers who cannot handle or simply dislike shonen ai/slash/yaoi. Here are a few things I think I should mention about certain stories: Arsenal of Words: This is a series of one-shots, based on word prompts sent to me by friends and readers, and therefore, everything including style, theme, pairing, characters, and length, will alter from 'chapter' to 'chapter'. This story is another co-write with Jediempress. It will be posted on her account on this site and my account on Deviant Art. Unlocking A Legacy: This is a Kingdom Hearts fanfic that is still in-progress. It is a collab with Anne3448, and can be found at her account here, under the pen-name; MoTi550. Summary: When the Worlds are once again attacked, it is up to Sora and Riku to figure out what's going on and stop them before it's too late.
