I stick to my pairings like glue, but my reading is more liberal. The reasoning behind my writing the pairings I do: 1) Best friends make the best lovers. (Gojyo/Hakkai, Touya/Yukito, Ban/Ginji) 2) Sometimes it really is OMG obvious. (Kyouya/Tamaki, Hikaru/Kaoru, Juubei/Kazuki) 3) The most complex relationships are the best ones to write. (Hiei/Kurama, Kubota/Tokitoh, Sanzo/Goku, Sesshoumaru/Kagura) 4) Oddballs draw together.
