Hello, I'm Grinning Lizard to those who know me and Quinn to those who don't.

This isn't my only or first fanfiction account on this site, or any site, because when I like to change style I usually like to change everything else too.

I reside in the United Kingdom, which was once the greatest place on Earth and more recently had an Empire.

In real life I prefer straightforward people, despite those people being in short supply, and in terms of culture I listen to any artist to has talent, enjoy any films that relate to something I have an opinion about, admire anyone who deserves my respect and I have a deep passion for ancient history, both UK and foreign, and I have historical qualifications in and have lived in Dubai, Italy, China, Mexico and France. I don't speak any of their languages though, oddly, I only speak Spanish. I'd love to learn Korean one day.

I read a lot. I am a published cartographer. I have four complete original literary works but none have as of yet been submitted for publishing. I have blood dating back to pre-13th Century on both sides of my family. I have huge respect for a person's lineage. Heritage is one of the most important things about a person, in my personal opinion. This is why I value my own.

Regarding Fanfiction, I read unholy amounts but couldn't tell you why. I prefer Harry Potter fiction for its diversity and for the incredible, versatile and malleable world created by Joanne Rowling. I have nothing against homosexuality, I simply dislike reading and writing slash. When reading fanfiction I enjoy well-written and professionally crafted stories, and also authors who manage to maintain a flair of originality even if the base content isn't their own. I write for my personal enjoyment, in my spare time. I try for a completely different approach and story every single time. Lori Summers got me onto fanfiction and Joe6991 kept me here.

I drive a lot. I drink a lot too, but not often at the same time.
