So, I currently live in Texas where the wind never quits blowing. I’m only here to finish school, then I am hauling ass back to Oklahoma where life is normal, or as normal as normal can get. In the mean time, I raise Pembroke Welsh Corgis and Quarter Horses.
And if you haven’t already found out through the grape vine, I had one of my recent GSR videos linked to GSR.com. It really made my day, and I can’t thank gglovebug enough for her comment about the video.
"I certainly wouldn't sell yourself short on your talent for GSR videos. I quite enjoyed them. Your latest, "Too Late?", really grabbed my attention. Very nice use of the recent promo clips and past GSR clips on the show to make a lovely video. The promo song in it's entirety coupled with the clips you chose, and the specific points you placed them in relation to the lyrics was very well done. I hope you don't mind, but I've included a link to your video on my "News" page on the site. I did not do this because you complimented me. I did it because I enjoyed it and I truly found the video to be of a high caliber, and thus wanted to share it. As you may be aware from visiting my site, I like to share/link to the "best of the best" that I find online in regards to GSR. I do not take my recommendations lightly and don't link to anything/everything online about GSR just because it's GSR. I try to maintain a 'standard' (I know that sounds quite bourgeois and snobbish, but really, I don't intend it to be). So, seriously, you did a great job! I haven't had the time (or the inclination, quite frankly) lately to watch any GSR Music videos or read any GSR Fanfic, so I haven't made any recommendations in a long time. But after seeing your video I think I need to start watching/reading again because it was really a nice breath of fresh air. Thanks! Good luck with your future videos. :-)" It was a very nice message from her. Ufourtunately if you haven't figured it out, GSR.com is up for sale and no longer running. Maybe we should all pool our money together and keep it alive?
