A Guide to My Fanfictions (Including, but not limited to, OC lists, abbreviations, and future chapters.)

Random DP Stuff I Come Up With in My Crazy Mind: What the title says. It includes anything, is the oldest so I think the older chapters suck, and is updated on an infrequent whim. (Whenever I get ideas, feel like writing them, and then actually type them on the computer.)

Abbreviations: RDPS

Future Chapters: Chapter twenty, if I ever write it, will be the chapter where the canon show characters read and comment on the fic. Next will be Kaya's request for the 100th review, in which Mary Sues take over the world! (Mwah-ha-ha.) Then there could be a chapter where I decide to make myself a halfa for the lulz and help out the guys. Rest assured, I will suck and will end up being more of a nuisance then a help. Then there could be a chapter where Danny and Sam go through the trials of parenthood, meaning pregnancy and early childhood, and yes, it's Nick. What? I like pregnancy fics. One chapter could be a poem: not iambic pentameter, eight syllables in every line. I can do this quite easily, and I think it'd be amusing, so I'm going to try it out.

With Love, Valerie: It's a one-shot. It ain't being updated. 'Nuff said.

The Angst Files: Pretty much the polar opposite of Random DP Stuff. (This proving that I not only have a horrid sense of humor but am also a sadist.) As one reviewer put it, pretty much all the chapters are gonna be about dying.

Future Chapters: I'm planning on writing a chapter, making a graphic novel of sorts with it, (I've seen it done at deviantart, it should be a good summer project,) and then submitting the actual written version here once done. Without any spoilers, it's Danny and Sam as newlyweds with their first child, (not Nick,) and how something wonderful and horrible happens in the same night. One will play with the idea of a TV trope called virgin sacrifice: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/VirginSacrifice Specifically one part of the definiton...which proves I'm a sadist. Other future chapters include the continuation of chapter one, (maybe. Not really.) and chapter five written from Danny's POV.

Dawning Comprehension: The first of a four, (may be five, but I'll get into that later,) part series involving the next generation of the Danny Phantom cast. I know, so original, right? But I try to mix it up with angst, weird scientific theories about the fictional world of Danny Phantom, death, (in a fanfic from a show about ghosts? Parish the thought!) perverted humor, the possible end of the world, and clones. Lots and lots of clones.

The Main OCs you should know: (There are more, believe me, these are just the most important in my opinion.)

Nick Fenton: The eldest child of Danny and Sam, he's a completely human Jewish goth vegan. Got all that? He's also known as my voodoo doll on deviantart. (Giggles.) Seriously, if you don't know him you will. I use him frequently enough.

Lily Fenton: The youngest child of Danny and Sam, she takes after Pamela really, and is a halfa. Being born with ghost powers she'll eventually surpass her father, a cause for worry. Just call her El Perky.

Victor Foley: The guy I never really use, he's the oldest child of Tucker and Valerie, Nick's age, and takes after his mother in the ghost hunting/agression department.

Tina Foley: The middle child of Tucker and Valerie, Lily's best friend, and, as I frequently describe her, the cute and intelligent psycho. Why the psycho part? She's obsessed with Nick. I ain't kidding.

Nicole Manson: One of the Guys in White clones, (you'd know if you read the fanfic,) she's a combination of Danielle and Sam's DNA, (yes, this is possible, I'll explain in logic.) and is called Nicole because she is basically Nick's very own Danielle. Again, original, innit? Unlike Nick, she's a potty-mouth-sex-addict-whore-psycoatic-anti-social-assassin. Yeah...

Abreviations: DC, Rev Series for the entire thingamabob, GIW for Guys in White, an abbreviation I use frequently.

Future Chapters/Installments: Thus far part one chapter, and revisions need to be made to chapters, and officially there's three more parts. The names of these parts are still being decided upon, however, I know part two will be called "Live and Learn." Unofficially, I may have a part in between the second and third part, (in between school years, actually.) The idea behind this plot would be since the majority of the GIW clones are other people's OCs from different/alternate timelines, (used with full permission, thank you,) the dimensional planes are being threatened with the existence of these people in two entirely different timelines. So, Nick and Lily have to go through the timelines, meet the clones in their original habitats, learn everything about the timelines, and bring them back to Clocky (Clockwork) so he can give them time medallions or something. Still working out that part. If I did have that part in there, it'd be more like a half part. You wouldn't need to read it in order to understand parts three and four, it'd just be there for the amusment of the people whose OCs are being used. Meh. Still debating. I need to work on the names too.

Dim Dawn: A Twilight fanfiction that satirizes (is that a verb?) various elements of Twilight.

Bilisle Edwob Cullen: The child of Edward and Jacob, and yes, he is part human, part vampire, and part werewolf. His special ability is to change room temperature, and his life actually sucks a lot because he's not well liked by his family and Renesmee wants him dead. He also has a lot of problems remembering things for school, and he'll eventually imprint on Leah.

Isamina (Milla) Dracula: The love child of Edward and Dracula I made for kicks and giggles. She's a Mary Sue, a cold person, and can turn into a unicorn. She technically has no part in Dim Dawn, but I may have her in a bonus chapter for kicks and giggles.

Connor Clearwater: Leah's child. He's a shy, quiet, and all-around weird little tyke.

Rosemily Uley: Emmett and Sam Uley's child. She was born after Bilisle, dresses in obnoxiously bright and mismatching clothes, likes Japanese anime and randomly says Japanese, and wants to be a werekitty instead of a werewolf.

Phoebe: After learning that males vampires could have kids, Aro ended up having his own child, and Phoebe is that child. Phoebe's kind of sort of anorexic, is a goth, has no emotions, and can make people think things.

Hector: Hector is Marcus' child, and he's an albino vampire. So instead of sparkling he just gets really bad sunburn. He can also make people fall in love, making him an albino vampire cupid. He also has a thing for Phoebe.

Isaac Young: Claire's baby brother, except he grew up. He and his family had gotten used to his homosextuality...and then he turned into a werewolf and imprinted. On a girl. Named Quinn, and she's a total witch who already has a big scary boyfriend. Sucks to be Isaac.

Quinn Meyer: She's so pathetic and witchy I give her no mention other than her last name. XD Ha ha.

Fanfic Logic: (Subject to frequent change.) WARNING: DO NOT READ IF YOU ARE NOT SMARTICAL AND STUFFS.

1. Ghosts are cold, and as a result they cause chills in warm rooms. A person who knows what this chill is will be able to recognize a ghost's presence, however, this only works in warm temperatures as I've stated.

2. Because Danielle has a ghost sense, she will develop cyrogenesis like Danny. However, because Danny (to our knowledge) has never used his Ghostly Wail around Valerie, Vlad had no idea that particular power existed and so Danielle does not have a ghostly wail. She does, however, have telekinesis unless otherwise stated. This is unique to her and she can only move an object if she's looking at it and it's relatively small.

3. Unless unusual circumstances are present, halfas will change into their human form when they are killed or extremely injured.

4. Ghosts have an accelerated rate of healing and a minor form of shape-shifting, mainly to acheive their initial and most comfortable form. (See six.)

5. Ghosts CAN die in the sense that their form can be destroyed to the point where it's no longer useable. In this sense, ghosts must be destroyed. It also takes more to "kill" a ghost then it does a human, and their souls/spirits are still present. (See six again.)

6. When a person dies, they will become a ghost if they have a strong tie to the human world. They initially look like a color-inversed version of however they looked upon dying, however, a few hours after the ghost comes into existence the form will undergo a change, giving the ghost it's most comfortable and powerful form. Complexity of forms depend on things such as power of the person prior to death, and reasons for becoming a ghost. Animals can also become ghosts and will frequently gain the ability of speech. On the other hand, if a person/animal/whatever does not feel the need to stay in the human world, their soul/spirit will not gain a physical form and will pass through the ghost zone to the next dimension via blackhole. Heaven, if you will. Souls/spirits are solid when touching objects but nonexistent when objects touch them, and can be seen by very few. (Yes, this is a version of seeing dead people.)

7. The ability to sense ghosts is only shown in cyrogenetic ghosts or physic ghosts, the later of the two having more of a "feeling" then an actual visible breath. Halfas cause a "hiccup" in ghost senses. (It wants to go off but it won't.) On the other side of the spectrum, pyrogenetic ghosts, sensing rises in heat rather then drops, are able to sense humans and other warm objects.

8. Telepathy, or mind reading, is only useful to a ghost if the person/ghost's main language, or the one they think in, is one they know. Thoughts are heard similiarily to the voice, and as a result the more hysterical/desperate a thought the louder it will be heard to a telepathic. Turning the ability on and off takes a great deal of control, and a result thoughts are more often a constant buzz in the telepathic's ears. This, in extension, could apply to Edward Cullen from Twilight.

9. The ghostly wail is affected by pitch. The lower the pitch, the more damage is done to eardrums and a result humans/ghosts. The higher the pitch, the more damage is done to physical structures. (Think of a high note breaking a glass.) Thus, the pitch can be manipulated based on the target, however, this takes a great deal of control over the power and is most often not done.

10. Hybrids and Halfas are not the same. A halfa, literally being half a human, half a ghost, has a human and a ghost form, the ability to change into both forms due to changes in DNA, and can use both forms freely. A hybrid is the combination of human and a ghost. (Think of a human and a ghost having a child.) A hybrid only has one form with traits from both species. It should be noted that a ghost with the ability to disguise itself as a human is not a halfa due to the human "form" not being nearly as strong as an actual human and the change merely being physical, not molecular. The main difference is that a ghost disguised as a human will still be solid in the ghost zone.

11. Continuing from ten, there are also two different subspecies of halfa. To explain, I'll use Danny having children with Sam and Ember as an example. If the child he has with Sam is a halfa, it will be born a human, will be most comfortable as a human, and will change into a human when knocked out. This is because the other parent is a human. Assuming the child Danny has with Ember is a halfa, this child will be born a ghost, will be most comfortable as a ghost, and will change back into a ghost when knocked out. This is because the other parent is ghost. (For those saying they should be 1/4 whatever instead of half, see number 12.)

12. Again using the example of Danny and Sam having children, we can assume Sam has two "parts" human and Danny has one "part" ghost and one "part" human. Not a fourth. Mind you, there are other factors involved, mainly mid-morph DNA and how it's passed on. See 14.

13. Ghosts are not only physically different then humans, but genetically. The main difference, and perhaps the most mystifying, is that the bonds in their DNA are not formed the same way as species in the living/natural world. Typically bonds are formed between adenine and thymine or cytosine or guanine. However, ghosts, not being alive and therefore able to break this rule, form bonds between adenine and cytosine or guanine and thymine. Another thing to note is that their DNA spirals in the opposite direction.

14. Because of these differences in DNA, the process of "going ghost" is actually changing the format of DNA. In order for for a halfa to exist, there must be the ability to trigger the change (in Danny's case this is saying "going ghost" and presumably concentrating), there must be a DNA sequence available that starts the physical change, (midmorph DNA, in other words,) and there must be stable DNA in the other form.

15. Midmorph DNA is a simple DNA sequence located on the X-chromosone that has no other apparent purpose and can be present in anyone. As a result of midmorph DNA passing on the X-chromosone, if Danny has children and the other parent does not have this sequence, their male children will not have midmorph DNA. Does this automatically mean all boys are human? Not at all. If the male child is in the right state of mind and has the ability to form stable DNA in their other form, (having ghostly genetics, basically,) the step of midmorph DNA can be overpassed. However, the state of mind in this case must be life or death.

16. Danielle is a girl physically, but still has an X and a Y chromosone and has a condition called complete androgen insensitivity syndrome. Look it up on wikipedia. It makes sense. As for why she can still have children in my fanfics despite the disorder giving her no ovaries and a small uterus, this can be explained as an effect of the Fenton ecto-shot thing that stabilized her. It changed her Y chromosone to an X, and she should go through puberty.

17. Ghosts could reach the human world before the introduction of the man-made ghost portal. This was done by natural ghost portals, which appear depending on the amount of emotion in an area and the thickness of the barrier. Areas with thinner barriers have natural ghost portals more frequently, (Amity Park is currently one of these hotspots,) as will areas going through crises such as a war. A natural portal will also occur specifically when a new ghost or spirit comes into existence, but these are extremely small and don't last one. The introduction of man-made portals causes permanent holes in the barrier. (Future problem? Maybe.)
