Hello, my real name is Alyssa and I'm a Law & Order: Criminal Intent junkie. Obviously. I started writing fanfic in August of '06 when I was just getting into the show and now this side hobby of mine is so addictive it rivals my CI-watching. Scary how that crept up. When I'm not in front of the computer or television screen I tend to reside in coffee shops, bookstores, night clubs, bars, health food stores, gyms, beaches and swap meets. I'm 22 years old with big hair and... that's about it.
I admire everyone who writes and posts stories and really dig the community of people I've found here. In terms of recs, I know I have a lot listed. (All quality stuff, in my opinion.) But for new readers, you absolutely must start with the following three authors: Marion the Geek, E. Helena and Penn O'Hara. Seriously, the best of the best. Work your way from "We Don't Hug", "Sexual Kinetics", and "Ocean's Two", respectively.
Lastly, I want to thank everybody who takes the time to review. You have no idea how much it fuels my morale, not to mention my desire to update promptly.
