Author has written 32 stories for Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Star Wars, Yu-Gi-Oh, Sonic the Hedgehog, Dragon Ball Z, Ninja Turtles, Gargoyles, and Transformers/Beast Wars. ~ A bit about me - in case you were interested ~ Age: 23 Occupation: I'm an ongoing student getting a doctorate for a lecturing job, ensuring that I live and die in academia. Paid Occupation: I pretend to work at a theatre. So far they're convinced. Fanfic Fetishes: Taking the strongest character of the series and pounding them emotionally, psychologically and physically into the ground in some way to explore the extremes of their personalities. This frequently equates to mpreg... I'm not sure where this fetish came from. Fanficery: I've been doing this for about a decade now across a few archives, but ff.net is my main haunt. Putting it all together, I've posted half a million words. Fanfiction is my busman's holiday from academic writing, and an ongoing vice. Interested in chatting to other writers?: Indeed I am. My first solo-flight was to see a penpall I'd met here. Though, not in a creepy way. There was 18 months of emailing and telephone calls first and this is so sounding like a stalker/sex thing when it really wasn't. Seriously though, writing is a solitary craft and the great thing about fanfic is that you can actually chat with other writers and the people who read you (and even like your stuff!), which isn't usually possible in the mainstream publishing world. Pets (because a more inane bit of info felt necessary): Two tanks of tropical fish and 3 rats, whom are affectionally called House, Wilson and Steve McQueen.
