I am here because I love Yaoi and reading! Although I am not a prolific writer like so many talented authors here, I am a rabid fan and am always on the lookout for quality writing.

Gravitation and Saiyuki are my current obsession, and I love Eiri/Shu most of all. I do not like Mary Sues, mpreg or self-insertion fics, so I avoid them like the plague. I never read death fics, not because I believe they are bad, but because they make me sad. I like angst, but I prefer happy endings because I have had enough death in my life already. I usually wait until stories are complete before reading, cuz so many are abandoned, but if I see there are regular updates, I will start reading. I have come across some truly exceptional stories that way. I try to always be encouraging, and I am rarely critical, but if I give criticism, it is intended only to help.

Kitani Rairakku is my daughter-so be nice to her! She was the one who introduced me to manga and anime, and opened a whole world for me. I love sharing this obsession with her!!

My favorite mangas are Gravitation (of course), Saiyuki (love that Sanzo) , Full Metal Alchemist (the manga that got this all started for me), Hellsing, Junjo Romantia, Descendants of Darkness, Hana-Kimi, Boys over Flowers, Princess Princess, Sensual Phrase, Tsubasa and Absolute Boyfriend. I am also a lover of Yaoi--love those bishounen!!

I pretty much read everything, I love the Harry Potter books, and some of my favorite authors are Stephan King, Dave Barry, Ann Rule, Dean Koontz, Jonathan Kellerman, John Stanford, Tolkien, James Patterson, Sophie Kinsella, Joseph Wambaugh, and for my more trashy moments, Jackie Collins. I read almost every genre, and usually have two or three books going at once.

On a more personal note, I have 3 kids, one husband and two cats. The cats are the most annoying, but I like 'em anyway.
