Everything was ready, the props were set up, and the audience had arrived. Flaky, Sniffles and Disco Bear were practising their acts, and the mole was walking into a wall. Continually. “Are you ready, Mime?” asked Petunia, ”It’s your show, after all.” Mime nodded. Then the curtains swung open and the show began. Sniffles had the first act. He strolled onto the stage and up to the microphone, a huge lion following him. “He seems awfully confident,” commented Petunia. Mime nodded. “Today I am going to demonstrate that I have tamed this lion!” Sniffles announced, although what he thought was “Heh heh, all I have to do is give it chocolate biscuits and it will do anything.” He turned round to address the lion “Ok, you get biscuits after you’ve done your tricks. So go!” And with that the lion started doing back flips and rolls and chasing its tail and licking Sniffles and loads of other tricks. Eventually, the act was over. The audience cheered and Sniffles reached into his pocket for the biscuits. But then he noticed Nutty, in the audience, eating chocolate biscuits. And there were none in his pocket. “Oh crap” he said “Errr..” The lion growled, so he patted it. It growled even more. “Hey lion, you’re cool!” said Sniffles pathetically “I don’t have any biscuits right now, but I can-“ the lion grabbed Sniffles’ head between it’s jaws and vigorously shook him from side to side, Sniffles was screaming, faster and faster, faster and faster. Then, eventually, Sniffles’ head ripped of and his body flew into the audience, who screamed. The lion then crushed Sniffles’ skull between it’s jaws, making a cracking sound, then spat out Sniffles brain and loads of blood and pieces of cracked skull. Then the lion roared into the microphone, making an extremely loud noise, which gave everyone in the audience a headache, except Cuddles, who had his huge ears pressed up to the speakers. The loud noise caused him to scream and then his head to blow up. Petunia screamed. Mime shivered.
