Hello,
If you want to call me by a name, you can call me Brooke, which is my middle name, or you can ask me what my first name is and call me that. :-)
I am completely obsessed/ addicted to CSI, it's my favourite show and I talk about it a lot!
I love Sara Sidle, I think she's an amazing, beautiful person and a great CSI. Jorja Fox is pretty cool too, I hate it when people bash Sara/Jorja. My second favourite character is definitely Grissom, and third is Greg, because he's hilarious.
I'm a major GSR shipper, Grissom and Sara are just so great together, and therefore I hate when people bash them. GSR bashing just isn't cool with me.
I'm a vegetarian, I don't eat meat, fish, or poultry of any kind. I do however, eat dairy and eggs.
I often ramble on about random things in reviews, sometimes I'll say about two words about the actual story, and then the rest will be about something you said in the author's note, or about something completely random. Also, I always spell 'review' as 'reveiw' because I can't get the correct spelling into my head.
I'm not completely sane, I have very strange ideas and I say insane things. I always talk about the CSI characters like they’re real people.
I like getting messages from people. Whether its a reveiw (those are the best) or a reveiw reply or PM, I like getting them. If I’ve never said (or typed) a word to you in my life, I’ll still enjoy hearing from you. This is one of the many reasons I say I’m a little insane.
I don’t believe that anyone should outright bash people (characters or actors) or stories. If someone doesn’t like a story, they should say why they don’t like it in a reasonably nice way. If they don’t like a character or a ship on a show or something, they should find other people that feel the same way and talk about it with them, instead of bashing it around fans of that character or ship. There just isn’t any point.
I won’t outright lie in a review, if I don't like the story that much, I’m not going to say I love it, I would probably say that it’s good or okay, but could be better if this happened or this was phrased a different way. But if I review a story, you can assume that I enjoyed reading it, unless I specifically say that I don't. Even if I don't say it was good or that I liked it, I wouldn't spend my time reviewing unless I did, again, unless I say otherwise.
In case you were wondering (which I doubt you were), I only have a few authors in the "Favourite Authors" section, and nothing in the "Favourite Stories" section. The reason for that is, even though I have many favourite authors and stories; I've read so many that I loved, I don't want to leave any out. For me, picking my favourite story/stories is like picking a best friend/friends.
