Author has written 4 stories for StarTrek: Voyager, and Stargate: Atlantis. I'm a twenty-two year old college graduate who tends to go through certain obsessions with various television shows and takes out that obsession by reading and occasionally writing fanfiction, adopting it into my own personal universes in regards to those shows. In the past my greater concerns were with the Star Trek universe, averting disasters such as those forced upon us with "Endgame" or "Nemesis." In more recent times I'm spread out my interest, adopting Stargate SG-1 (Seasons 1-8) and Stargate Atlantis (Seasons 1-2) as my very own, and then finding fanfiction to finish the unfinished tales of the characters of Jack O'Neill, Samantha Carter, Daniel Jackson, Elizabeth Weir, and John Sheppard - the major Stargate fanfic I accept into my personal canon are luckily all on this site and listed under my favorite stories. Other universes which I read fanfic for are the X-Files (Seaons 8 and 9 never happened - there is an amazing rewrite of Season 8 out there that I accept as my person canon), Law and Order, and the expanded Star Wars universe (which for me basically includes Timothy Zahn's fabulous trilogy and the X-wing series... pretty much everything that takes place chronologically before The Last Command). Of course, there are those amazing universes which, quite simply, need no fanfic to speak for them and are complete wholes in and of themselves, such as Farscape (and my love of Farscape is about half of the reason I cannot watch Seasons 9 and 10 of SG-1, as I cannot see Ben Browder and Claudia Black and not see John Crichton and Aeryn Sun). Another series for which this is true is Battlestar Galactica - that show is a masterpiece. | |||||||
