UPDATE!
Monday, 11 August, 2008: The movie for Blasted Teenagers was actually finished back in October, and uploaded at The Digital Dive forums, but I suddenly realized today that I hadn't uploaded it here. Well, I didn't realize it suddenly, I just didn't think to upload it here. You should be proud of me; I actually sat down and uploaded it.
So there you have it. I most likely will not be writing anymore fan fiction, as I'm in the process of publishing one of my original works (which was up at my FictionPress.com profile up until yesterday), so for those who often visit my profile to read some of my older works, thank you muchly! I'll be sure to post a link to the book when it's readily available.
In the meantime, check out my album: Glass-stained Forest. It's only 10 for download, and 12 for the CD.
Sup, all. I have been writing fan fiction since around 1997, and of course, since I've been writing for about a couple of years now, I am a little bit more experienced at what I'm doing. Of course, I still have a lot to learn, but that can only be improved upon with more writing.
As you can see, I mostly hold Pokémon fan fiction. I actually started writing The Journey Begins in the summer of 1999. Basically I was a lot younger then (I was fifteen to be precise), and Pokémon was absolutely huge, so I decided to start an adventure with my own character, on his own journey. I had realized how ridiculously close it was to the TV anime version, so I decided to add a few new twists along the way. Its sequel, The Final Journey in Fenyuu contains even more twists and turns along with one final showdown against Team Rocket. This story is a personal favourite, because not only did it take a long time to write, I enjoyed every moment of it. I know seeing 50 chapters is a little bit discouraging at first, but it is not as intimidating as it seems once one starts to read it. I'm hoping for more feedback on this story, so please read and tell me what you think of it!
Of course, you can take a look at my other collections, too. A Possible Ending of Pokémon was a disaster created in an instant message with one of my friends really late one night. One day, I decided to transform it into a story, and, well, there you have it.
My other collection, The Worst Pokémon Fan Fiction Ever is just me making a very poor attempt at humour. Well, it's a spoof rather of very poor written Pokémon fan fiction which I'm certain we've come across on the web. Of course, I am not necessarily mocking any author out there in particular, just the style and plot in which the stories are written. Not to mention once in a while I like to add some short piece of random insanity just for fun.
Well, I've certainly bored you with my mindless chattering, so I'll leave you with this: Please keep reading my fan fiction and please give me your comments and suggestions. I want to grow as a writer so I can make the stories more enjoyable to you, the reader. Please check the link above to explore my FictionPress.net works. I have a novel completed there, as well. If you're a fan of fantasy, please check it out. It's unlike anything else you've read before.
~~ Matt.
