Hello, I'm jossujb, known as jjb for short. I'm Finnish chick originally from a town called Hämeenlinna, but I live in Rovaniemi as I study at the University of Lapland. I bet i feel a bit exotic to the main folk who strolls around here at the ff.net, that I live at the Polar Cyrcle:)

And what about me in general? Well, I'm a student of art education, so I hopefully will end up being a teacher later in my life. Writing is one of my most dear hobbies, though I mainly write stuff in Finnish since it is my mother tongue. But I sometime switch on English, especially when it comes to fanfiction, since my favourite fandoms reguire using little more common language that often unown Finnish.

The main love of mine is Star Trek, so at here my fics are mostly trekstuff. I was the first one to write real piece on Star Trek fanfiction in Finnish you know:) Not that it was any good, thank god it's not on web anymore. But nowadays 6 of the total of 8 Star Trek fics in Finnish are written by me. They're not translated to English since I'm not real good in translations, but if someone likes to translate them I don't mind. Just contact me to ask more.

I'm a slashter too. I don't know why's that, but I do enjoy male/male realtionship real high in fanfiction. I bet it has something to do the fact that if my favourite character is paired with woman I feel jealous but when he's paired with man it doesn't really bother. Funny isn't it? My Favourite pairing is by the way Spock/McCoy from Star Trek, which is somewhat unusual. People tend to like K/S more, but I'm more conviesed that S/MC works better. You may disagree, I don't mind. Other stuff I like in Trek is Q/Picard and anything with Data or Barclay. But this babling is becoming kind of boring, so I should change the subject.
