You can call me Maggie, if you wish. Mags, Mag, Lizzie, Beautiful, Gorgeous, Best Author EVER, ect. are all okay, too.

Things you should know about me...hmmmmm. Well, I love to write, even if I'm no Charlotte or Emily (Bronte, that is). Writing has always been my way of getting things out there, and letting people know who I really am. When I talk, I usually sound like a blubbering idiot, so I hope with my writing I can prove that I'm not that big of a moron.

With music, I'm kinda freak. I love The Hush Sound, Joshua Radin, Ingrid Michaelson, The Spill Canvas, Damien Rice, Elizabeth and the Catapult, Cake, Dave Matthews Band, David Gray, Patrick Park, Death Cab for Cutie, The Decemberists, Simon and Garfunkel, Jet, Everclear, James Blunt, The Killers, Rascal Flats, Muse, Jack's Mannequin, The Goo Goo Dolls, Fiona Apple, Nirvana, The Beatles, Micheal Buble, Snow Patrol, Jet, Everclear, Justin Timerlake, Nerina Pallot, Aimee Mann, Bright Eyes, Stabilo, Regina Spektor, Hem, and tons more. I listen to classical music a lot, too, mainly because it calms me down, and it's great for reading/writing background music. I also love any Broadway. Phantom of the Opera, Les Miz, Spring Awakening, Wicked...you name it, I probably love it. And Moulin Rouge. Who can resist the phenomenal voice of Ewan McGregor?

Reading is my escape. Being the hopeless romantic that I am, books are really the only place I get real romance. Besides my soon-to-be boyfriend, of course. My favourites are: Jane Eyre, His Dark Materials Series (aka The Golden Compass Series), Change of Heart, Wide Saragossa Sea, Mansfield Park, Harry Potter, The Count of Monte Cristo, To Kill A Mockingbird, Water For Elephants, Holes, Awake and Dreaming, The Murder of Bindy Makenzie, The Year of Secret Assignments, Searching For David's Heart, Anything Shakespeare, Book of Lost Things, Atonement, Notes From a Liar and Her Dog, The Schwa Was Here, Just in Case, How I Live Now, Watchmen, Batman Returns, Emma Brown, Wuthering Heights, The Lovely Bones, ect, ect. I love reading fictionpress and fanfiction, too. Some fictionpress stories, I think, are far better than a lot of the books out there, and I can't wait until they are published. Six Feet From Paradise? Genius.

For Movies and TV, all you need to know is that I love Moulin Rouge, Bridget Jones, Lilo and Stitch, Spiderman 2, the Count of Monte Cristo, Bewitched, and most romantic comedies out there. I love cartoons more than anything on this planet. Hey! Arnold and Avatar: The Last Airbender and Teen Titans are life to me.

The Office and Life With Derek and Glee are really my only other favorite shows. I don't really watch a lot of "real" TV.

Random Crap About Maggie:

I'm a dork--I have a four point oh, and I love math. Algebra is love, for me. But geometry? It can go straight to hell.

I love Dane Cook. He is my boredom & procrastanting god.

When I grow up, I don't wanna be an author. The only thing I've ever wanted to be was a medical scientist--one of those people who helps find cures for those horrible diseases. Helping people using science? Heck yes!

I have two younger brothers, a younger sister, and four younger step-siblings. Maybe that can explain why I'm so freaking nuts?

I hate people who feel the need to make judgements about other people before them, and then strickly base their future relationships on those (usually) wrong assumptions.

I find the human race extremely beautiful in our imperfections. Human nature is amazing to me. How can we love so, so much and hate and kill and have these insane primal instincts that drive us mad? I just don't understand it.

Also, I love talking about myself. If you couldn't tell.
