emily swain is a pen name...to quote the ever wise george mcfly: "I'm not sure I can handle that kind of rejection" and emily swain was alive. she was actually a character of mine in a story i was writing long ago but it was dropped, the characters evolved, and emilyswain was all alone so she became a part of the multiple personality that is moi.

I'm obsessed with fanfics now, thanks to the former awesomness that was the twilight lexicon and waiting for more True Blood and the final Harry Potter installment. i began to read the other fanfics from different books and shows since for awhile i was concentrating on the twilight saga. i was writing a fanfic about the denali clan from the twilight series but i had a block since so much was different than i had expected so i guess the story would have been au but I decided to keep it on permanent hiatus like Midnight Sun. Sometimes I hate Stephenie Meyer and other times I envy her lol. I've recently become obsessed with Bones, The O.C. fanfics, a Muggle lover of the Harry Potter universe, especially the Next Generation, and i am still a Twilighter who will never let go, despite the debacle the movie made out of my beloved series.

I'm also obsessed with Death Cab for Cutie, Pixies(the band and mythical creatures), Coldplay, Interpol, more music, movies, books, and other stuff. I'm stubborn with the music I listen to so imma try to sneak it in to my chapters and story titles with other stories to come minus the Harry Potter universe, if I have the determination and drive; somehow I can't see the Next Generation liking Interpol; maybe Coldplay. I think I shall incorporate some Interpol in; I'll make Carlos D. an actual wizard who pretended to be Muggle.

I'm a blogger on tumblr; I follow Interpol since they are my healthy addiction and I currently am writing a short story on there. Tumblr will be a showcase for my original work in case any of you are interested in reading what gets me inspired to write, as well as my original poems and short stories. A Gryffindor and his Lioness: I am basing a few chapters on the beautiful cemetery Highgate. It was featured in a book titled Her Fearful Symmetry which was utterly bizarre but captivating. The author, who's debut novel was The Time-Traveler's Wife, based her second novel on this amazing place which is like a heaven on earth. The history behind it is so rich and awesome that I wanted to incorporate it in my little fan fiction story. I am going to post some links so you all can see what I am referring to. I found this the most romantic place for anyone to come to, despite the fact it is indeed a burial place. The pictures alone have me desperate to visit Highgate once I make it out to London.
