There were empty days and lonely nights...

Noone would care and noone to hold onto...

Such life is a miserable prick...

No wonder it has to end one way or another.

To heave a deep sigh just like always...

The Circle of Life begins revolving just like before...

The threads of my destiny are once again being sewn by the Mistresses of Fate.

De ja vu...

This has happened before...

...four years ago...

...four summers back then...

And once again, i'm writing the same story...

...of my solitary confinement...

I've cried so many tears that time...

But at this moment,

tears only brimmed at the corners of my eyes...

Never shedding for their own purpose...

My punishment back then resulted to something glorious...

But it was short-lived...

I was always four yards away from the people where the reasons of my own solitary confinement.

But now, my punishment is grave.

I've always wanted to escape from my present predicament.

And I've got my wish.

But the consequences I have to face are my filial responsibilities and own reclusion.

I keep on thinking on how to be selfish, but it seems that I end up giving more than I should intend to.

Curse this life!

Everything is contradictory, but it leads to a path where I have to suffer more.

Why can't others bear my suffering?

Four yards away might turn to four kilometers away...

I hope not...

I hope that this is just a nightmare I'll soon wake up from.

But I have this feeling that

whatever I wish,

whatever I say,

it would always end up opposite from what I wanted.

It's useless to hope... to wish... to pray...

The only consolation I got is that whatever it is that I failed to do as a human...

The heavens do it for me...

The only thing I find funny is that it's calm as how I feel right now despite the thoughts I'm thinking.

But sooner or later, I know that the bottled up rage will create a storm...

So with fingers crossed, the onlt thing that crosses my mind is that the continuous downpour of the rain torrents would never stop,

whether it would fall in a gentle cadence, or beat in a wild drum roll.

Uhm... Ano sa...

Here are some to-look-at-in-the-near-and-distant-future fics of mine:

GUNS, BREADS 'N' ROSES: (Flame of Recca and Naruto Crossover) Tokiya, Domon, and Kaoru were orphans since they were kids, all thanks to gang wars that has been happening in their neighborhood. Kagero, the Mother of the Hokage Gang, adopted them three into her compound, made them her own sons, and ironically offered them positions as gang leaders. The three juvenile complied thinking that this somehow might be the chance to regain back their lost childhood.

They entered a Blood Contract that pledges them to be forever loyal to the Hokage Gang, and will serve and protect whoever the next Mother will be.

That was ten years ago and they've been training hard over the years to become strong and win some allies over. Six years ago, at the age of 15, Tokiya found himself challenging a strong and famous group called Silver Fang. Unfortunately, he had lost the fight to Kreuz, the Second-in Command of the said gang. But despite that, he did win allies over.

However, in exchange of the Silver Fang's strength and support, as well as the promise to train Tokiya, Domon, Kaoru, and Recca (Kagero's biological son), the four leaders of the Hokage Gang, Tokiya must venture out and help search for the Silver Fang's missing gang leader.

After six years of rigorous training, Tokiya now 21, Domon 20, Recca 18, and Kaoru 16, everyone at the right age range to marry, Kagero ordered her boys to find their destined ones, and bring them to be judged as the next Mother.

I KISSED A GIRL: (Flame of Recca) Fuuko suffered heartbreak, a tremendous rejection coming from her childhood friend slash best friend. But five minutes later, she had become an entirely different person - she's now hitting on girls!

Being mistaken as a boy, she took advantage of this. And right before the eyes of her childhood friend slash best friend, she kissed the first girl who had asked her out, right on the lips! After that little presentation, she swore she'll never fall for a guy.

But that's history. Fuuko's now dubbed as "Ouji-sama", meaning prince. She's a playgirl hitting on girls, and still actually being worshipped by them, despite of them knowing her baditude and real gender.

Now, for the latest gossip, there are newcomers who'll stir up a storm in their school. And guess what? Fuuko welcomes each one of them with a heart-melting, lingering kiss on the lips.

What's that? These newcomers have a tradition from where they came from, that whoever will give them their first kiss, that person would have to marry him/her. And it's an unbreakable tradition! Yikes!

What now, Fuuko? Are you a lesbian? Will you really stay like this forever? Stay tuned to know the latest gossip, and forget about yesterday's rumor, here on I KISSED A GIRL. Based off from Katy Perry's hit single, "I KISSED A GIRL".

KEY TO YOUR HEART: (Flame of Recca) On his tenth birthday, Little Tokiya was given a present that will change his life forever - a present concerning with finding the other half of his being. However, he portrays his strong distaste upon meeting this person. How can they even get along with each other when on their first meeting, they're already at each other's throat?

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS: (Flame of Recca) Tokiya was forever best friends with his kind and gentle neighbor, Yanagi. But he also loved her in a special way he quite couldn't put his finger on. Now, he wanted to propose to her. He isn't sure if he'd succeed, so he asks for an advice from his elder sister Mifuyu who was identically similar to Yanagi in almost everything. And the advice he got? Check out his fortune for the new year. If his fortune was anything but related to his love life, he was advised to go for it, but with caution. Now here comes the first day of the new year and his best friend invited him to come and pray at the shrine with her, as well as check their fortune for the year. And the fortune he got says: "True love awaits" - a complete mystery to him, but nonetheless, a helpful clue to his future love affair.

Fuuko was a tomboy who swore never in a million years to get married but was continuously pressed for marriage by her family and friends. Recca is one of two of her best friends who wanted her to get married as soon as possible, even going to the extents of having a bet with her, that before the year ends, she would have gotten married already. They both agreed that if he loses the bet to her, he'd have to swim Lake Biwa butt-naked. And if she loses, well, she's already married by then; and Recca would have proven to her how mighty and influential his words are. Now here they are at the local shrine, never breaking their tradition to pray and get their fortunes every start of the new year.

What happens when two unlikely paths cross? And what happens if everyone gets the fortunes they've been asking for, but comes true in an unexpected fashion?
