(Meaning I will use tennis terms) Pain (FMA) No-one realizes how much pain Ed goes through whenever he transmutes or shatters his arm. I'm not a child anymore (FMA) Stream of conciousness on how Ed reflect's that he's really not a child. Brother (FMA) inspired from song Brothers (go to www.youtube.com and search 'fma brothers' and listen to it. I really love it) Teenager (FMA) Roy realized how different Ed is from other kids his age (slight AUish, based on teens in Canada and USA) Sparring (FMA) I just really want the unit to watch Ed figh hand-to-hand combat...and preferably thrash Mustang...not that I have anything against the guy...it would just be...entertaining... Addiction (Prince of Tennis) The title will most likey change. It's another of those 'high school' fics. Ryoma did join the team, though some things are slightly different from before. It takes a phone call and a camping trip to realize that something is horribly wrong with the first-year...(no, not a disease). I have somewhat of a beginning, but I keep getting all these wild ideas and blowing it out of proportion (as usual) I have to tame it down and find an ending (and a more coherent start) Untitled Fantasy. AU with magic and as many players as I can get (somehow) I've worked out the minor details, have the first 6 chapters written, the last scene, a plot (after writing 4chapters and the prologue I finally decided what the plot was going to be...) and notes/summaries/ideas for the following 15 chapters...oh, didn't realize I had that many...It starts slowly and is much slower paced than most of the Fantasy fics - or fics in general - simply because that's the way I write. Untitled Ninja fic. AU and I have the first four chapters down...now I need a plot... The Things I hate (D-Gray Man) Just a series of one-shots on all the things Allen hates. Yes, Allen. It's a little angsty...and I wrote it really late at night when I was hit by my muse. Hard. I will not post anything that is not a one-shot unless I have the entire story written out. I learnt my lesson from 'Sasuke's home' and I really don't want to leave readers hanging for a long time. I can - and do - read Stephen King without flinching and/or blinking, so feeling enough emotion to cry (a lot...) means that it was well written. And the authors have good grammer and spelling with very few minor mistakes that are barely noticeable. They're all amazing, go read them. Title Author Summary Status, rating, genre My all time fav fic is WHEN I COME BACK TO YOU by FallingSilver. It's Prince of Tennis/Tennis no Ojisama. A long chapter story. Summary: It’s been five years since Ryoma entered the U.S. Open and shocked the world with his talent. When he finally returns to Japan, he finds more than a few surprises waiting for him. Lots of pairings. May contain spoilers/ shonen-ai/ not-shonen-ai Go read it, it's amazing. Rated T, Complete, Drama/Romance and a 'little' angst. (Actually, I started crying around the second chapter and didn't stop until an hour after I finished reading the fic...no other story, book, manga or fanfic, has elicted such a heartfelt response) My other all time fav is MANA by artbug. It's a D-Gray Man long chapter fic. Summary: Mana Walker is 36 and leading an average life, living in a small apartment, lusting after his secretary and hating his job. His life will be changed forever when he finds a boy hiding in an alley. It's about Allen's life before Cross. It's very sweet and lovely and the author knows exactly when to put in suspense, humour and fluff. General, rated T and Complete. I really love it, the author can write very well, plot aside. My third fav fic is EVERY SO OFTEN by Tubular Fox. It's Prince of Tennis, a oneshot Hyoutei centric. About what happens when they graduated and driftend apart. Not overly emotional, and I think it's rather realistic, a reminder that even the closest of friends go their separate ways upon graduation. Please go read it. It's short and sweet, not overly emotional, but still rather sad. Summary: Every so often, they look back and remember It's General/Angst, rated K One more fac fic is ANY WAY YOU WANT IT by Novelist Pup. It's D-Gray Man, long chapter fic. Summary: AU: January 2nd, 1985; "Wanted - Band member. Must have patience." Allen Walker's gonna need a whole lot more than just patience to keep up with their world of music and life. :KandaAllen, LaviAllen. Great AU, something I actually like, no matter the fandom. Novelist Pup has a brilliant writing style that is incredible and stays true to the times, the people and the culture. Warning: it contains a LOT of swear words, mentions drugs and takes place in America. Awesome read, really. Drama - though not the high school kind - humour, bickering between our three fav pretty-boys and all that jazz. It's listed as Drama/Humour rated M. In-Progress under Lavi/Allen. And really, it isn't explicit at all so don't worry about the M rating. (I'd personally rate it T for the swearing, but who knows what authors have planned. Another fav fic is PLAY DATE by F.A. Star Hawk It's an Eyeshield 21 long chapter fic. Summary: Starts off pre-series. Kobayakawa Mihae wants to help Sena make some friends, so she tries the only way she knows how. Setting up play-dates. Sena/?Contains spoilers and possible shounen-ai and straight pairings You should really read it. Stays faithful to the timeline of the series and I find it quite cute and humourous.
