Summary: Revenge takes no prisoners. This quote is put to the test for Midna, as a school shooting takes the life of one of her most cherished friends.

Status: Complete. I think it is really the only completed story I have on here. Odd. I guess I'm just one for one-shots. I'm never that great planning things out. Gah, and it's one of the few heterosexual couples I'm okay with.

If anyone is curious about the name, animus can mean temper, extreme dislike, hatred, etc. Basically, a dislike of someone, and action against someone, like in my story, can fire back at you.
