Hey, everyone!

I figured it was about damn time I got my profile up here...most of the time I just don't think about it.

Basic Stuff About Me:

-I'm an English major with an emphasis in Literature and a minor in Medieval and Renaissance Studies

-I'm older than you think I am

-I've been tutored by fantasy novelist John DeChancie

-I'm an artist of many means and one of my ongoing projects (when I'm not going to school) consists of writing my own fantasy novella.

Stuff I Love on This Site:

-Romance fics (I read them 98% of the time)

-Harry Potter (especially SS/HG)

-Secret Garden and American Girl (not nearly as often)

-Phantom of the Opera (EC all the way!)

As much as I like to read fanfiction, I have a hard time writing it because so much of it has already been written. It's difficult to come up with something riveting that's not plagiarizing someone else. Plus, I find it very difficult to work with characters that don't belong to me. So when I do write, it's my own original work.

But when I do get more material written to my satisfaction for this site, you can be sure that I will post it for everyone to enjoy! :-)
