Update!!: Alright, so I've made another awesomely hindering drastic decision to my work. DESPITE the fact that I have written about four chapters already, I'm gonna put my Untitled HP fanfic on hold. Rather, that part. I was planning to start in the middle, with the 5th book, then double back to the 4th, then do the 6th and on. I thought tit would be a fun and interesting way to pitch it. It might be, if I were better at writing and not so good at just doing things on a whim. I just realized I've got lots of character gaps and my jumping into the middle was really out of impatience more than anything. So I'm gonna do any and all readers proud by doing this the 'right way'. So, time to go beat my head against the drawing board again.

Again, I have deleted my old 'pieces-of-crap' and uploaded what I would call the appetizer to my totally re-vamped, re-furbished, and other re- words that mean new and awesome Harry Potter fanfic. Of course from experience I've learned that appetizers usually just make you full before you get your meal and then you feel obligated to eat until your sick because of the money you spent...so thank God fanfiction doesn't charge! There's a detailed summary somewhere in the midst of the self-serving junk on my profile, and hopefully I'll have my first few chapters of the actual story up soon (I NEED TEH BETA!!)

My Fics

Untitled-- A Harry Potter fanfic. DM/OC Follows general storyline, focusing on my character vs everyone else. Starts 4th year, my character's first year, and will continue throughout the series. I'm planning on following the general set-up JK had, it's more of how my character would re-act/interact than what she does with the main plot. I'll leave Harry to his Mary-Sue-ness. (Don't question it, you know it's true.)

Summary: Strange things had happened in the course of her life. The retrieval of some long-lost toy, or the sudden realization that everyone seemed to be moving really slowly. Even the suddenly diurnal owls in the middle of summer were odd. But they held neither candle nor flashlight to the fantastic story that this elderly woman in bottle green robes was spinning to Gaddy and her family. After all her studying, all her hard work and faith in the physical laws of science and reason, Gadiel Atiyeh only achieved a curt slap in the face by her own hand. For a brief moment in time, the once-high school-bound teenager wished for one thing. Ignorance.
