| Kitsune no Tora |
Author has written 10 stories for Anime X-overs, Fullmetal Alchemist, Animal Crossing, and Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon. Previously known as Tsukikari Kitsune. Random plug time! Rune Haven, a Rune Factory forum here on fanfiction.net, is hosting a writing contest! Every month we'll have a theme for those interested to write about, and then everyone will be able to vote for the winner. The winner gets to pick the next theme, and so on! The first deadline will be January 31st, and you can currently suggest and vote on our first theme right there in the thread. Go check it out! Updates: Being the "bad" person that I am, I finished a oneshot when I was supposed to be working on my NaNoNovel. XD It's called Sweet Thing, and is, of course, for Rune Factory 2. But beware: mature themes abound. Anywho, I'm still working on my joint-project with the wonderful Thoughtless7 - we're working together on a 100 Themes challenge. She's doing the same list as me for the original Rune Factory, while I am doing it for Rune Factory 2. It's lots of fun, so go check it out! There should be another one out soon, but if not, there WILL be one out for Christmas, seeing as that's one of the themes. XD Duplicity is under a complete demolition and reconstruction. Check the author's note in the last chapter for the full story, and expect it to be back eventually. Now, about Two Worlds Two Connections... Yeah. It kinda died. I don't know if I'll be continuing. Oh well. Maybe in the future I'll get re-inspired and redo it. (Very unlikely. Kyoko is kinda unoriginal. Oh the plagues of my early writing. XD) On another note, Melancholy of Tsurara might get updated soon, meaning whenever I can get my lazy ass type it up and edit it. Sugar Antics is currently in the hands of its co-writer, and has been for over a year. So that's the hold-up on that. If you're an eager-beaver for the next chapter, go bug Axel-Seme. She doesn't like to listen to me. XP Hiya, everybody~ Welcome to my over-formatted profile of doom. I hope you enjoy your stay. X3 If you're interested (lol I don't know why you would be, but w/e), here's more about me: Name: Lisa Birthday: August 27, 1990. Which makes me currently 19. Nationality: Of the U.S.A. Grade: I am a sophomore in college. :'D Hair color: Dishwater blonde-ish. There have been arguments over my hair color, amusingly enough. Just know that it's not quite brown, but not blonde, either. XP Personality: Patient, passive. I've been called motherly as well. I don't hold grudges very much. Just go with the flow, my man~ I am also an extreme procrastinator. I even procrastinate on doing the things I like to do! D: I like to bold, underline, and italicize the crap out of my profile, it helps keep it organized. The profile editor hates me for it. It doesn't like to keep things like I save them, so if something isn't underlined/bolded/italicized correctly, it's not my fault, and it's probably pissing me off. XD I also like to italicize things in my fanfics for emphasis. I over-use emoticons/smileys. XD;; Sorry if I annoy you with them. XP Bad grammar and simple spelling errors grind my gears more than you can believe. I know I'm not perfect myself. I like to over-use commas, and there is almost always that one typo that gets under my radar, but for goodness' sake, have some of you people ever heard of a spellchecker? Or, dare I say, the English language? My fingers just itch to copy-paste some of the stuff I see into Word and edit the crap out of it, because apparently most people don't have the foresight to do so. DX Please, READ OVER YOUR WORK! I read everything I plan to post several times. So many times, in fact, that I could probably recite it from memory. You don't have to do it THAT many times, but do it at least twice! D8 Write because you love it. Write because you have a story to tell. Don't write for reviews, hits, acclaim from fans. While I ask for your feedback, check my hits count like an obsessed fangirl, and deeply love it when people review my work, that's not the reason I write. I don't write for you. I write for myself. I will ask for your opinions, poll you on what you want, and do many other things asking for the world's advice or opinion. I take requests and commissions. But don't expect them to be done right away. Expect me to completely disregard the poll. I do this because sometimes you guys give me great ideas, or really get my inspiration pumping. I write what comes to me. (I'm easily inspired, though, you just need to know how to manipulate that. XD) When I ask you for advice, it is purely because I wish to improve my work. I want to grow as a writer, even if it is only a hobby of mine. I'm not a review whore. Did that once; I hated it. I will never hold back chapters for reviews - that's just childish. Don't you do that either. People will review if they like your work - and maybe if they greatly disliked it. I know I've been tempted to do that once or twice. XD But I'm not that mean. If you don't like it, move on. It's not that hard to press the back button - it's a lot less effort than bullying some poor person around. That said, I take whatever you can bring me. If you say nice things, I'll be happy. If you give me pointers and opinions on what you think could improve and how to do it, I'll be ecstatic. If you want to flame me, go ahead. I'll more than likely have something witty to say about it, and then I'll thank you for your time. Writing all those harsh words certainly took a lot of your precious time, so it's only reasonable that I would read and respond. Just try and be intelligent about it. Stalk Me: http://tsukikari-kitsune.deviantart.com http://twitter.com/TKKitsune http://themusingsofkit-kit.blogspot.com/ I don't update incredibly often, but yeah... Shin: a device for finding furniture in the dark. I will always reply to reviews. I promise! I love it when I get reviews, especially when they tell me of anything I need to improve on. Fics to look forward to: Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon 2: Lifeless Summary: To be determined. Important Info: Will contain yaoi. Status: This is what I'm working on for my NaNoWriMo novel, actually. :D Currently, I am on chapter 5. Don't expect it to show up any time soon, though. It needs a lot of editing, on top of being finished, haha. XD BUT! If you really really want to read it as I write it in all its poorly-written glory, I will be posting it on my new blog. Current Fics (In order of submission): Anime Crossovers: Sugar Antics Summary: Totally hilarious randomness that Axel-Seme and I made up while bored on the bus to a field trip to Greenfield Village. Totally funny. Basically, I bake a lemon pie, Axel-Seme has a piece, and all hell breaks loose as several anime and manga characters show up and have some. Warning: seriously hilarious, contains lethal amounts of sugar, possibility of miniskirts, and random Japanese words and phrases. You really need to read it!! Important Info: Self-insert(s) parody. You know you love it. XD There is a new sugar (or item/activity that would make someone very hyper) in every chapter, and anime characters come and go. Don't worry, there is a list of all the characters plus where they come from, and all the Japanese used and what it means at the end. But, if we miss something, (which is very likely) please tell us and we'll clear it up for you. Also, there is the possibility of the rating to be changed to M. For adult situations, we mean. Our craziness could become very graphic, you know? Status: Er, I dunno. XD Axel-Seme doesn't seem to have it high on her priority list, so nothing has been done on it for over a year and a half. FullMetal Alchemist: Two Worlds, Two Connections Summary: Starts at the end of the first anime, before the movie. Ed is on the other side of The Gate, in post World War I London. He is staying with his father. While out on errands, he comes upon a small restauraunt, and meets a young lady, Kyoko, and she is about his age. But, there is more to her than just that... She was taken across The Gate like he was, all to save her father, who was a alchemist for the state. But, that happened 6 years ago. Now, she is desperate to find a way home, to see her sister, and find out whether all she did was worth it. Pairings will be EdxKyoko(OC), and just introduced AlxYamako(OC). Important Info: Three or more OCs. I like creating my own characters and sticking them in there, don't I? I can see the chaos! Plus, FMA practically demands OCs for it to go anywhere. Status: It died too. It may be back, though. Eventually. Maybe. Probably not. My OCs are kinda unoriginal. I'll need to figure out what the heck I was going to do (curse my poor memory and lack of foresight to write my plan down) and probably re-write the whole thing, because it sucks. And I'm too lazy to do that, honestly. :P Animal Crossing: Melancholy of Tsurara Summary: The life of troubled Tsurara as she finally leaves home for a new life in the town of Tokoro. Status: Might get typed up in the near future. It depends on if I can get motivated enough to re-write the next chapter. Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon 2: Duplicity Summary: For Ray, Rosalind had been all there was. Max, his longtime friend, had long ago agreed to help Ray woo his sister... but then that newcomer came to town, and Max has his chance. But will taking that chance cost him, or give him what he wants most? Important Info: Yaoi with some het on the side. It's also mostly in first person, from Ray's point of view. Status: Undergoing construction. Basically, I'm starting over. If you want my full explanation/excuses, check the author's note in the most recent chapter. Rune Factory 2: 100 Themes Summary: A compilation of 100 themed drabbles about the characters in Rune Factory 2. A full range of genres, characters, pairings, ratings and lengths, so there's something for everyone! Important Info: I got the list from here. I used the original list. All warnings/important information are in the index - right in the first chapter. :3 Status: In progress. Sixth theme is up, 076: Who? Finished Fics (in order of completion): Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon 2: All I Deserve Summary: Before he knew it, love had smacked him in the face. Could he have it? Did he even deserve it? Rune Factory 2, shounen-ai fluff, entry into The Village Square's writing contest. Important Info: Oneshot, yaoi fluff. Status: Completed. Dirty Little Pleasure Summary: Jake has a secret that no one can know. Important Info: Oneshot, Jake-centric, involves womens clothing. Can't say any more. XD Status: Completed. Vanished Summary: Am I still dreaming? I wonder sometimes. Is this just some sick reality my brain conjured up, and in a few hours more I'll suddenly wake up in our bed, wrapped safely in your arms? Important Info: Another oneshot. Kinda sad. Drabble-like in length. Status: Completed. A Nurse Fetish Better Not Be Next Summary: “Stupid monster,” is all Jake has to say. If he had paid attention to where he was going, none of this would have happened. Important Info: Oneshot, yaoi implications, extremely awkward situations. Centered around Jake and Ray. I lol'd and had a lot of fun writing it. XD Status: Completed. Sweet Thing Summary: Barrett wasn't a fan of sweets. But one hot summer day, Kyle may change his mind... Important Info: Oneshot. Yaoi, sexual themes. While it doesn't follow my fanfic All I Deserve, as my opinion and view of Barrett has changed greatly since then, what happened there is true for this fic. Of course, it explains itself pretty well, so you don't necessarily need to read it to understand. XD Status: Completed. -Random quotes from a video game that I think are totally hilarious: "I can taste the music! WHOOOO! TASTES LIKE PEAS!" -Walker from Animal Crossing: Wild World "The sushi ninjas... They're after my stash..." -Rocco from Animal Crossing: Wild World -Quote from a video game that is really cool...: "Tears are tiny oceans of sorrow." -Captain Plankbeard from Chibi-Robo -Something I found on people's profiles that I thought was absolutely hilarious: "I swear to beer I didn't drink god!"--found on Black Hurricane's profile. "Wow, a word with four syllables. Do you want some ice to cool down your brains?" "That's a good idea, why don't you scrape it off your heart? If you can find it." --from XXX, found on Lady of Summer Haze's profile. I'm not familiar with the series, but I thought this was funny. "Happiness is like peeing in your pants. Everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth." "Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia: Fear of long words." - the Forums -Quotes out of my brain "ZOMG THAT BITCH BETTER EAT THOSE RICE BALLS" "Male or female, black, white, yellow, or blue, love who you love, no matter what anyone says. Love is too precious to be deterred by the prejudices of someone else." Something I heard that was really funny: "Guys suck. They do. They suck (with) each other. And hit each other with their sticks." -random girls in college commenting on two guys juggling sticks "I swear there's no blood in my alcohol!" "I am highly proficient at penetrating juice boxes and sucking the vitality out of them to satisfy my own."-Found on Deviantart. XD WOW. You're still HERE? O.o Well, thanks for reading my extremely long profile all the way through, and here's hoping you'll read and enjoy my fanfics! | |||||||||||||||
