Hi!

My actual name is Claire. I'm 36, from England and a definite convert to Law & Order: Criminal Intent. I never really got on with the different L&O series until I saw Detectives Bobby Goren and Alex Eames in action - and that, as they say, was that!

I'm hooked...and distraught that all you lucky US Fans get to see the new series first. I'm also into CSI: Las Vegas and NY - but not Miami, strangely enough.

House, Criminal Minds and Bones get my attention as well. Are we sensing a theme here? I love most detective series - and the more psychological the better!

From the UK, I like Messiah, Waking the Dead, Rebus, Cracker... etc. And as of 2009... I'm fascinated by Lie to Me.

This is my first attempt at writing since College - I used to love it but it slowly slipped away under pressure of work and the Real World! Strangely, I find myself writing now to escape that same real world.

I have to say I love the alternate universe I've discovered here on ff.net. I love it when people contact me and have even dipped into the world of beta-reading. And I've learned a whole new vocabulary :) There are some wonderful writers here and the support you get off fellow posters is awesome.
