Author has written 2 stories for Batman Begins/Dark Knight.

Some of you out there may know me simply as Chigger, I have reviewed several stories in the past and posted stories on another site; but upon registration I found that my usual moniker had already been taken and had to add a qualifier.

I am a Catholic homeschooled high school graduate born and bred in Texas, and attended a wonderful Catholic college for a year before deciding that I just wasn't academic enough to make it work. I was the youngest of three for eleven years - then my little brother was born.

I look like my mom and act/think like my dad, while all of my siblings look like our dad and act like our mom. This means that I have long dark hair and hazel eyes but am somewhat of a redneck (a sophisticated one, I assure you) and have a thing for country music, pickup trucks, dogs, horses, and things of that nature -- including guys in Stetsons, Justin's, and Wranglers. I also enjoy really corny humor (the clean kind) and have a tendency to sing along with my music despite the utter lack of anything resembling talent in that regard.

I am a dogoholic. If I go for too long without canine interaction - be in just a little bit of petting, a long walk, or a romp in a backyard - I start to get really cranky. Don't come between me and my fuzz therapy.

I personally don't use profanity of any kind, and I try to reflect that in my writing. However, sometimes my characters insist on staying true to form, and so I'm forced to use some of the milder expletives. Still, I promise that they will be few and far between; any substitutes I use will be as un-corny as possible; and my characters will never take God's Name in vain -- no matter how nasty they are. The so called "f-bomb" won't ever be seen, either: it's a crude word used in reference to an act that need not be discussed in polite company, usually at times wherein it makes absolutely no sense.

Slash will never be associated with my name. The fate of Soddom and Gamorah is command enough for me.

I also believe firmly in only reading and writing stories that I'm not ashamed to have my guardian angel read over my shoulder, and therefore you will find no explicit or dirty material in anything I write. Any and all romance (not exactly my forte anyway) will be kept to a G-rated level. Language, sadly, is often laced through the stories I read, and will therefore be found in my favorite stories list.

Speaking of which, I've found a great many stories here that are real gems, I'm working to compile as many as I can into my favorites. However, for optimum efficiency, those authors who have written only stories which I enjoy and who have not written anything I found to be distasteful or of poor quality are featured in my favorite authors list. They really are amazing artists, and I recommend all of their works. Conquistadora is my sister; she's really, really good.

Oh, and guys, I'm horrible at coming up with titles, so bear with me, 'kay? I always get points off in English/Grammar for my crummy titles.

Thank you for your interest, and may God bless you!
