Hey, bonjour, salut, hola, how goes it, howdy. I'm Kelly, eighteen, a first-year in college, and a writer/dreamer/debater. I love politics, LOSVU, seasons 3-5 of NCIS, Stephanie March, Hillary Clinton, and Julie Andrews. I don't write as much as I used to but I'm working on that. I'm also working on this habit I have of not finishing my fics but that might take a while.

I'm trying hard to update Matchmaker and I'm also working on a couple of new stories: one consisting of nothing but unrelated Rypay smutshots and one for NCIS, probably a oneshot with definite Jibbs.
