Author has written 10 stories for Supernatural. Just a bit about me. I'm a mother of two and well over the age to be considered a fangirl, though I do enjoy squealing from time to time over my favorite (and honestly only) show, Supernatural. While I now have five SN stories under my belt, I have been writing for years in the realm of story telling, so I hope my first attempts are up to the standards that I have seen of some other writers. Even though I have been writing for years, these stories I have written were my first attempts at writing for pre-established characters. I hope that I’ve managed to capture them both internally and externally. And let’s not forget the brotherly snark! I only have a few pet peeves, and those are stories that while they might be written well, I refuse to read. One of which is a little sister fic. I am SURE some are great, and I am in no way ragging on anyone's personal ideas, they are just not my cup of tea. I feel that having a little sister would not only take away the brotherly dynamics, but also ruin the image I have of John. The man focused 23 years on revenge for a dead wife, I just don't see him getting involved with another woman, and certainly not enough to father a child. -Shrugs- Just MO. Second, I hate the stories that take the brothers to extremes. Like ... Dean being some God that just cannot be harmed. Or worse ... Sam being so incompetent and dependant on Dean that he can't tie his own shoe without assistance. Sorry, I just don't see the brothers as that way. I see Sam as equally strong as Dean, and while it comes out in other ways, I just don't see him as weak, or Dean as infallible. Third is Wincest or MP. I just find it ... tasteless and crude. If that's your forte, I apologize if my opinion bothers you, but again, it's just my opinion. I would never, in any way, fault a writer for what they believe and what they want to writer. And Fourth, one that actually disgusts me (sorry if you write these kind of stories, but again, this is MO) is the rape of one of the brothers, especially in the weechester fics. I have found a few exceptions, but that was mainly because the writing was of excellent caliber, and it was a blip in the story, not the sole focus. Again, this is not to say they are bad, just not my cup of tea. What is my cup of tea? Brother angst! Brotherly love! The dynamics between the two. HURT!(akaLIMP!)Sam, Overprotective!Dean. I thrive on those things!! My stories (the few I have written and the ones rattling around in my head!) will not be complete without a little hurt Sam and a little over protective Dean thrown into them. Oh, and add a MotW and even some human villains and I am just peachy!!
