I HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH ON MY PLATE ALREADY. I'm a 30 year old single gal, born and raised in New Jersey (though you might not know it, as my vocabulary has been influenced by Canadian spelling and British slang). I currently live with my (semi-)retired mother, and we're both owned by four housecats--Moonstone and Mystic are my furbabies, and Oreo and Lord James Grey belong to Mum. We also had three others which passed away a few years back--Casper, Angel, and Moonstone's daddy Stormy. (James, Moonstone, Casper and Stormy were all rescued by me. My godmother, a professional animal rescuer, recovered Mystic, Oreo and Angel, then gave them to myself and Mum.) Being of Italian-American stock, I of course love to cook delicious food that involves all the senses... as well as eating what my mother cooks for me. Mum makes a mean Beef Paprika dish! I've been posting my fanfic online since 2001, and have been writing original pieces for even longer. I consider fanfic to be a writing excercise, showing a bit of what I can do and keeping my wordsmithing sharp. So, even if I don't respond right away to your reviews, know that I appreciate your honesty and your opinions help me to perfect my craft. I'm currently working on assembling all my poetry into an ebook for Amazon Kindle Direct, and am courting publishers for the original novel I co-wrote (while also writing several others on my own). All my completed fanfic is now posted here on FF-net. Over 30 different fanfics are in various stages of the writing process, and will show up in whatever order I complete them, as personal time allows.
