Hello and thanks for visiting my humble profile! Unfortunately there’s nothing very exciting about me so this will likely be brief. Very brief.
I’m from the U.S. and live in the the state of Wisconsin where we spend most of our time eating brats and cheese, drinking beer, and bleeding green and gold. Don't ever let anyone tell you we don't know how to have a good time up here. I write to relieve the stress of real life and have no pretensions toward literary greatness. Otherwise, in my spare time I like to read, watch movies, and stay active by playing sports.
I read my first Harry Potter book in '99 - at a probably much older age than anyone reading this - and started shipping Harry and Hemione in GoF (which was only about two weeks after I read SS for the first time, so obviously I just needed a small push). Harry and Hermione are my all-time OTP. I tried to stop shipping them so vehemently after HBP but their pull is too strong. Fanon is officially my canon. There are some amazing H/Hr stories out there and if anyone is ever looking for recommendations I'd be happy to pass along the names of some authors much more talented than myself. Though be warned, I definitely like a little angst before my happy endings!
I happen to not be the greatest at updating my multi-chapter fics but that is about to change. I took a beating at the end of DH but am currently overhauling all of my stories, so even my one shots are getting tweaked. Every story I have posted will be completed but I do have to let it be known that I am a HORRIBLY slow writer. I'm working on it, though.
Besides HP, I also write Lost fics, mostly Jack and Kate, as well as The Office fics under different author names here on ff.net.
And now I'll leave you with my favorite line in H.P. canon: "That's better Harry, loads better," said Hermione looking exhausted but thoroughly pleased.
