I'm Arabella Cauwell, AKA Raiku Senju, and I live off of complimentary reviews of my fanfics.

Basic Writing Style: I often write about stories that I like and characters with pairings that I like. Most likely all if not most of my stories are going to have a strong female heroine with in them, if I can't find one in a show that fits with the main guy of the story I will make my own, but first and foremost I will try to work with the characters that I have. Unfortunately for my Naruto stories and Harry Potter stories these types are not likely to be available so I have created OOC's. However, my OOC's are usually very well definied and generally easy to get a picture for.

The women in my stories are often bold, strong, and not too quick to fall prey to the main guys advances. This is because in movies, tv, books, and other media I often get bored when the cat and mouse game stops, I love the chase more than the relationships I'm afraid and I'm pretty sure that I'm horrible at writing relationships that are functional or dysfunctional after a while because One, I've never been in one, and Two, I've never seen the full development from beginning to end of a relationship that has ever worked. So if you like the chase like me you'll get plenty of it, chances are even if my characters are together with others there is some reasoning behind it...or blackmailing or somewhat.

That's not to say that I don't love my guys. I have a literal Harem of Anime Husbands beginning with Neji Hyuga and going down the line. Hey it works for me, you know?

Besides that I have not yet written a full on shonen-ai, but that doesn't mean that I wont ever. Though I suspect it will be specifically an anime, most likely Naruto, because for some reason I don't see a lot of implied in American Shows or what not. Right now the most likely story on that end that I may make soon would be Kakashi/Iruka because I love them together, and quite frankly can't fathom either with anyone else in that entire show. For some reason I do seem to have more of a muse for Iruka and Kakashi at the moment then my other fanfics I'm in the process of creating, but I wont upset my fanfiction fans by abandoning the others for this. Perhaps I will tackle this after I've finished my latest Recess one. ^^ Or after a TSW break when the first one of that concludes. We shall see.

My ratings do range a little, I don't have a complete handle on how the ratings work exactly even with the readout, so I tend to overestimate just in case. You have to read the ratings though because I go from kids stuff like Spinelli and the Secret Admirer, to nearly adult stuff like Tsunade's Secret Weapons. I will probably never write an M however, because quite frankly I blush just thinking about them. If there is any type of extra intimacy in my stories it's implied. That's all.

I do fanfiction for fun. Strictly. That means that I am not going to comb through my work with a fine tooth looking for all of the grammatical errors I might have. My stories are often to long for that and plus I'm doing this for fun not work so I don't really have to. I try my best to write a good story and if a few off words or sentences are off I don't think it's the end of anyone's world. Additionally, my stories lately have been getting written very slowly due to lack of muse and quite frankly lack of time, they were much quicker when I had no job and was only in college, but now that I'm in the real world it's getting harder and harder to finish a chapter. This means that my chapters may come up ridiculously, tortuously slow, however, one good thing about me is that I always finish what I start. Maybe not how I originally planned to finish it, but rest assured anything you begin to read of mine will have a definitive ending.
