I have a passion for all things fantasy or romance. I love Tolkien, all Jane Austen, and many modern authors: Barry Eisler, Karen Marie Moning, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Stephenie Meyer, Christine Feehan...to name just a few. I also enjoy science fiction- original Star Trek is my favorite. Since I happen to have fairly hot blood running through my veins, I also enjoy reading (or writing) a good citrus flavored fic. I'm not a great writer by any measure, but I do enjoy weaving the occasional tale to entertain myself, and to share with the few people that care to read. Writing is truly an invigorating outlet.

I was introduced to Rurouni Kenshin through my nephew, and by watching the anime and reading the manga, I was utterly enthralled by the characters created by  Nobuhiro Watsuki. Like many others, I wanted more Kenshin, and that is what led to my discovery of fan fiction, and ultimately, my attempt to write. There are so many fabulous fan fiction writers, and I have read many riveting stories on this site, and many others. I hope the fan interest in the Kenshingumi continues, and those of us that love to read will continue to be entertained by those that love to write!

I enjoy travel, and I have been to 3 continents so far. My first solo trip overseas was when I was 19. It opened my eyes and broadened my horizons in so many ways. I think there is no greater education than travel. It turns abstract ideas into reality, teaches compassion, and changes the way you view the world. I recommend it to all, and plan to travel again, myself, very soon!

Update 3/08

I am now working on Path Of The Dragon. This is a fantasy/drama/romance piece. Thank you to everyone that has taken the time to read and/or review. Reviews are not essential, but it is nice to receive feedback, and hear about what you liked or didn't like. So, to those that take the time to send me your thoughts, I thank you!
