I love music and if I had to pick one thing I couldn't live without, that would definitely be it! I got an i-pod for Christmas and it is pretty close to full, it's my baby. lol. Music also really influences my ideas for stories, when I listen to a really great song I can't help but want to write it into a story. In fact the idea for my first fic came to me while listening to a song.
Favorite Books: I used to love to read books, but I just don't have the time anymore, between fics and my 3D life... The only book I've read in the last four years that stood out for me, would absolutely have to be The Bell Jar. It was amazing and if you haven't read it, you should. Not only is the book wonderful and powerful, but it is an experience unto itself.

Personal Note
Hello, my name is Lauren. For those of you who skipped the section above, I am in college in NY, but am originally from MA. I am fairly new to the fic world, and I have just started posting my fics (hope you like them), I have a couple ideas I'm working on but I have yet to post them because I am pretty particular about my stories, and I must admit also pretty nervous about other people’s reactions. I also have a lot of work this semester in school so I don't have as much time to write as I'd like. I hope to post more stories soon, and I am open to any helpful suggestions from veteran writers. Feel free to e-mail or PM me anytime with suggestions, responses to my reviews and fics, or just because! I love hearing from you because we really are all like a little family.
One last thing please always try and leave reviews. Not just for me but for everyone, good or bad they motivate us, help our work evolve and sometimes just might be the source of the inspiration we need to get out that next chapter. I know it gets said a lot and believe me I know it's easier to just lurk than to put your opinions out there, but I also know how great it feels to open your e-mail or check the page and see reviews.
