My name is Kelfin, and I’m a 25-year-old grad student. My degrees are in music composition and vocal performance, and now I’m working on catch-up stuff so I don’t have to take remedial classes when I go for my doctorate. I get to start a program in ethnomusicology in a year and a half or so, so I'm really excited. :D I've just had a crazy semester, so my current goals are to finish up a couple of projects before spring semester starts. (I've only got a few days!) I'm also trying to finish up some books: right now, I'm in the middle of A History of Japanese Music by Eta Harich-Schneider, Japanese Music and Musical Instruments by William P.
