If would deffinantly recommend Gundam Wing, Gundam and Seed. the music opening tracks are amazing.
Fruits Basket is one of the best mangas around, its so worth giving it a look and a read. plus it mainly deals with friendship, love and issues like those. so I'm deffinantly recommending it!
Art wise, if you don't mind the plot being centered around primary schoolers, I'd recommend CardCaptorSacura, Clamp do amazing artwork and the graphics are amazing, plus they use lots of neat tones (in the manga).
Full Metal Alchemist is fantastic when it comes to a great plot.
And I'm glad you mentions Inuyasha, it absolutely rocks.
Then there is Initial D, which I'd recommend absolutely, its the only way i can stand watching car racing on a screen.
Also there is Samurai X, and it has (both manga and anime wise) some of the best Meiji period costumes and plots i have ever seen in an anime or manga.
So I'd absolutely recommend those.
Oh and "Ghost in the Shell, Stand Alone Complex" is another really good technology based one, but some of the issues in that one are complex.
Comedy wise, I'd go with Trigun, its hilarious.

- Tamora Pierce (She is an amazing author, creating magic in all her writing by using strong themes of craft as a case for the magic in her books, has written: The circle of magic series, the circle opens series, and other books).

- Black, White, Red, Purple, Silver and Gold.

-Favourite foods:

- Chocolate chip and mint ice-cream, triple layer chocolate/ fudge and caramel cake, Donuts, Hockei Mei Noodles. Um …I like spicy food and Mediterranean like Italian and Greek food too; Japanese and Chinese takeout are really good. And I heard that Yuki chan! I am so not a pig, I’m just culinary curious. Hm! (She’s not all that good once you get to know her. Why, just last week she nearly beheaded a thief with a katana for stealing her purse. That’s right, I told! Aghhhhhh! Help, Yuki chan’s goanna get me, wah_~.)

-Favourite drinks: Cappuccino, Orange juice, strawberry smoothes, Cola, Lemonade.

-A Rant from Katzchen13: Hello! It’s nice to meat you. I’m katzchen13, your average European gal. I’ve been here for the last year or so, and it’s a really nice place, friendly too.
I absolutely love Anime and Manga, and want to be better at art, so if anyone thinks they can give me artistic comments about my art, well …I would love to hear your comments, questions and any concerns you might have, because I will learn from my mistakes (or Yuki chan threatened to hurt me, wahh, no Yuki chan!!!).
