Author has written 10 stories for Gundam Wing/AC.

I owe my presence here to one-hep-cat, whose story "Oh, Injustice" was the very first yaoi fan-fiction I ever read. It was superb, and I was addicted. And as I read more stories, I became inspired to write my own. I've been writing all my life (have stories going back to kindergarten as a matter of fact). It's all I ever really wanted to do...besides read, that is. But I never found it as rewarding as I have here, where so many eager readers and reviewers fuel the fires of creativity. While writing is a solitary venture, it is ultimately meant to be shared...and that's where the payoff is! Having someone enjoy a story I wrote is the biggest rush! So, now I think I'm addicted to writing here as well as reading.

12-09-07: I just posted the prologue of "The Academy," the sequel to "Boot Camp." While I'll do my best to keep chapters coming quickly, it's my busy season at work, so I can't promise much. At the very least, it'll be weekly; if possible, two or more times per week. Already the response is wonderful, and I'm awed by it.

12-14-07: "The Wedding Planner" is done; I posted the epilogue this morning. I never meant it to be so long, but things kept popping up to add intrigue, and I just went with it. And what started as a fluff and diversion story ended up having a lot more depth than I expected, not to mention SO many reviews I was just stunned. I can't thank enough people...wish I could list everyone who encouraged, inspired, advised, or just plain poked me to hurry up and update. Love you all!

2-22-08: "The Highest Bidder" is finally finished. It was supposed to be three quick chapters, but got away from me a bit, and ended up at four...and that fourth took a long time to get just right. I owe Kaeru Shisho big-time for letting me ask advice, pointing out things to improve or fix, and giving me ideas and lines that made the final chapter shine. All in all, it was way more work than I'd thought a Valentine's Day fluff story would be. Now...back to work on "The Academy," which is just beginning to get rolling.

3-17-08: I started posting "Witness Protection" because it was driving me crazy. I have NOT given up on "The Academy," but I hit some snags, and as a dear friend pointed out, when your flow of creativity is blocked in one direction, it finds an outlet elsewhere. And "Witness" is where it's flowing right now. I hope that by getting some of "Witness" out, my "Academy" inspiration will return and I won't be so stuck! And for anyone interested, Kaeru Shisho is doing some art work for "Witness," that I hope she'll eventually share, 'cause it's great. And on LiveJournal t-shirt1X2 has done a picture for it...you go to LiveJournal, user name t-shirt1x2, and Gundam Wing pics, and you should be able to find it, hopefully.

7-19-08: I just got back from a whirlwind trip, where I got to meet Dyna Dee face to face! She was amazing...as bright and inspired in person as in her writing. She spent a whole day of her time driving me to see everything I wanted, treating me to lunch, and chatting with me about GW and writing and our characters. It was a splendid day, and a memory I'll treasure. We so rarely get to just talk about these stories with a real person, as most of us fan fic writers are isolated by geography or lifestyle. Being able to bounce ideas off another author, especially one I admire so much, was just--wow! Being able to talk about Duo, Heero, Trowa, Quatre and Wufei with someone who adores the characters as I do, was liberating, exciting, and inspiring. I'm just bursting with ideas and creativity right now, in spite of a LONG journey and some hard traveling. I'd do it again tomorrow, just to spend another day in such fine company. Anyone who reads this, check out her live journal and tell her what a perfect hostess and friend she was!

10-01-08: Just a quick heads up...I'm going through a bit of a life crisis (i.e. ripped-to-bits heart) and updates might be slow until I get my feet back under me. Long, boring story. Just bear with me?

10-24-08: Sorry about the slow updates. I'm in the beginning of what's probably going to be a messy divorce...no kids or anything...but a jackass of a husband, who seems to think a) he's in charge of everything, and b) that he's entitled to do whatever he pleases. Perhaps reality will bite him in the butt when he's served. Until then, he waltzes in and out, just often enough to throw off my composure, aggravate my migraines, and totally drain my creative energy. I truly despise him lately...especially when he shows up after several days and asks if I need anything. No shit. What I really need is a decent, honest guy instead of a lying, cheating, good-for-nothing asshole. Maybe I'll tell him that next time. At any rate, I'm trying to get "Witness" finished and get back to work on "The Academy." Please be patient with me.

06-18-2009: Just a quick note to let you know I am blocking anonymous reviews from this time forward. While I'm happy to entertain polite criticism, I've decided that the frustration of having someone trash a story anonymously, thereby not offering me a way to respond or defend myself, is just not worth it. In the past, I simply deleted any reviews I felt were over the top rants; but now someone I deleted proceeded to rant about the fact that I deleted their anonymous attack on "Boot Camp." It's getting annoying, and I haven't the time to bother with someone who can't even use punctuation or capital letters. If I'm going to get reviews that are just complaints that I deleted a prior one...honestly...it's just not worth the aggravation! Anyone who wants to log in and leave comments is free to do so. And if they don't like my story, that's fine. At least I'll have the chance to thank them for giving it a look-see, and maybe even explain why I agree or disagree with their thoughts about it. But I won't continue to deal with harassment from people who are unwilling to make it a two-way communication. Amen.
