Author has written 10 stories for Inheritance Cycle, Twilight, Chronicles of Narnia, Mortal Instruments, and Harry Potter. Wow. I suppose I need to upload a profile. I'm really bad about stuff like this, and I never know what to write. I'll start with the basics. I'm a librarian. I have a cat and a betta fish. I'm very easily distracted. I split my writing between fanfic and original fiction, so how frequently I update my fics depends a lot on how much I'm working on my own stuff, or whether I'm obsessed with reading a new book series (I just discovered Wicked Lovely: go NOW and read it). I was going to try and do a chapter a week on the serials, but that looks a bit unrealistic now, and I'll be lucky if I get out a chapter a month. Sorry. On the other hand, if you actually like my work, it means I'm working on things I want to actually publish, so does that make things shinier? Fandoms I enjoy reading: Harry Potter, Firefly/Serenity, Twilight, Peter Pan, Eragon, Narnia, The Mortal Instruments and Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Angel. Good, literate fic recs are always appreciated, and if you show me something I really like, I'll reward you with virtual cookies. I particularly like prequels, continuations, AUs, rewrites, and stories that focus on side characters. With the exception of Sirius/James (which I swear is canon from Sirius' side of things), I like my 'ships canon. I may think of more things later. STORY STATUS: Eragon Redux is on a semi-hiatus for the time being. I can't for the life of me remember how I wanted the story to go beyond a couple of very basic things, and original fiction has sort of taken over my brain lately. Plus, I've sort of lost interest in it. I'll keep brainstorming and see if that will help rekindle my interest. Twilight Rewrite will (hopefully) be updated semi-weekly. I'm not willing to make promises as to when during the week, but I very much know where this story is going and I intend to continue it. 10,000 Words of Narnia updates on my whim. Since it's a collection of self-contained drabbles rather than a serial, I don't feel compelled to make it a priority, but sometimes I just feel in the mood to write something short and simple. | |||||
