Author has written 9 stories for Law and Order: CI, and X-Men: The Movie. I have the attention span of a small-headed thing, which is to say I doubt I'll be writing any of these multi-chapter things that are more common around here. My tastes are eclectic and inconsistent, so while at the moment I'm writing almost exclusively in the Law & Order universe, tomorrow I might flick the channel and end up writing P.G. Wodehouse or Pushing Daisies or Saki or ... something. I can't imagine. I'm not big on romance, but I do enjoy the tug and pull of relationships (small "R"), so I'm far more likely to write stuff about characters negotiating their way through the pitfalls of living and working together than I am of them banging pelvises. Unless characters have sex or romantic relationships in real canon, I probably won't write them having it in fanfic. I like the subsidiary characters, the ones who don't get the bright, glaring light of attention. The bit parts, the regular characters who get two lines in the entire show: those are the ones that I get curious about. I enjoy looking at main characters through other people's eyes, rather than through their own. Perceptions are fascinating. I'm not often moved to do reviews, so if I do end up putting in a spontaneous comment of love on your story, it means I was really, seriously impressed. I love constructive criticism, so if you have some, feel free to send it my way. I'll be happy to return the favor if you want, though I operate on the "don't ask if you don't want to know" principle, so I never volunteer. Feel free to PM! | |||||||||
