Now I have a reputation to live up to. This contest was so the challenge. It really made me reach to write something that I had never written before. To take on something that was new and yet wasn't new. To fill a story with emotion, compassion, and a side of Kim that we never really saw in the series. Mary of course represents the good in all of us. Always moving forward, never looking back and making the most out of life no matter the challenge. That was what I was working towards and your votes and reviews confirmed that I hit the mark. Zaratan keeps raising the bar and I just have to keep jumping over it. A Christmas Sitch – JAKT!” A young woman rose quickly and made her way to the stage, smiling brightly. “Yes this story was so the drama. I wanted action, drama, and feelings that would touch anyone who read this piece and it did just that. Who’d ever think a twelve year old would write a story like this one. He's such an inspiration and Dad and I owe it to him for getting started on writing Kim Possible stories on this site in the first place. Thanks for your votes readers and for those of you just browsing the site I recommend both stories. kt --xx-- Our longest one-shot: 22 Minutes A/N: A few of us have always been troubled with the ending to the “Clean Slate” episode and Kim’s line “Ron, I remember that...you're my boyfriend - and that...I think I love you?!” By the end of this story you will know if she really does love him. This work has been written in conjunction with another KP Writer: Star-Eva01. So yes, kt and I do team with other KP writers from time to time. Finally, this story is dedicated to cpneb for his May 8th birthday. The only reason it’s late is because we asked him to do the beta. With over 18,000 words in Verdana 9 point font, or 27 pages that was a bit daunting even for him and probably for you to read this tale as well. We didn’t intend for the story to be this long. It just sorta worked out that way. For all of you who have survived this emotionally packed story…congratulations. Well done. Well done indeed. There is so much Real Love in this tale that it hurts at times, but it is worth the time and pain the reading brings out for you, the reader. KT comes up with the ideas and I incorporate those ideas into the story and do the same thing in turn. For a 13 year old seasoned writer she also comes up with a lot of good ideas and writes some great solo stories herself. As a story writer I haven't written an original work in 30 years so bear with the rust. Hope we're improving in our story telling and you are enjoying a good read. Some of our other stories are curently in development and overhaul too. A lot of challenge for us comes in just finding time to sit down, discuss and write our stories together and separately. In kt's case, school always comes first and in mine working two jobs but we do manage and appreciate your support when we do post. One of our readers commented that our writing sometimes reminds him of the Harry Potter character Luna Lovegood. "What you see at first glance is not what lies under the surface. The idea that one must look below the surface to see the person that lives under the image. And you have done that very well in all your Kim Possible stories." You'll note we write a lot of Kim and Ron, but we're also into plot bunnies, Bob Schooley and Mark McCorkle, poetry, the Drs. P and just a bunch of strange tales, comedy included. For some unusual reason. kt's BE4000 seems to keep popping up with the plot bunnies in other writers stories. The KP stories that are written here will stay as close to the series as possible since imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. New characters will be added every once in awhile too. Hats off to Season 4 and Mark, Bob, Steve and all the fans who made it possible. It was the perfect ending for a terrific series. By the way if they can bring back Battlestar Galactica, The Bionic Woman, Linght Rider and other series, then why not Kim Possible at a future date?! You have to love recycling.
