Uhh... So, I guess I'll start this off by introducing myself. I'm Ren. I live in North Carolina, lovingly known as 'Fashion Hell' to its inhabitants.

I like art, fashion, makeup, clothing design, writing, and a little anime and manga. Sadly, my resources are limited; I watch way too much more than I read. My current anime loves are D. Gray-Man, Deathnote, Hagaren, some very minimal Naruto. My favorite anime EVERRR is Ouran High School Host Club.

I go to one of the inner levels of Fashion Hell, Athens Drive High School, a realm ruled by weaboos you can smell a mile away and greasy bottle-blonde horrors in cheerleading uniforms. Hopefully, I'll escape to Winston-Salem to go to the North Carolina School of the Arts next year.

Despite my affection for them, I usually do not write gay pairings. Somehow, I ended up being morally skewed like this, probably due to prolonged exposure to yaoi as a child (I blame an eighth grade art class). I don't like to write any pairings, for that matter. So don't ask me to write them.

I usually read humorous fics... Romance tends to lead to either graphic sex, graphic oral sex, graphic anal sex, or graphic hand-sex. All of these are tolerable but I do not want to spend more than a few minutes reading them. Honestly, I just scroll through those scenes whenever they pop up. Angst is, well, angst. Parody fics make my world a happier place~ 3

Speaking of parody, I like to think that I am one of a dying race of people who have the ability to laugh at themselves. I know I have an ego but I try not to let it override common sense and etiquette.

The ego thrives on praise but I don't want it if it's not true. If someone appreciates a fic I write, the most helpful and appreciative thing they can do is point out every little point of OOCness, every grammar error, and anything that brutally rapes canon. Amazingly enough, I'm not completely satisfied with my writing skills, and I'll appreciate anything that helps me improve.
