Hi, thanks for visiting my profile! I'm a late 30's mother of 2, married, and love to read pretty much everything. I've been writing my whole life, but never published. I don't know how many stories I make up in my head as I go about the business of the day. I discovered fan fiction a few years ago and found that I really enjoy reading well-written fan fic, and really dislike badly written; although it's sort of enjoyable to make fun of it. Hovever, I don't flame ANYONE because writing is a very personal thing, and sharing your writing even more so. I'm a big animal lover, and my hobbies include reading, beading, reading, needlework, reading, cryptic crossowords, reading, writing, and surfing online for good fan fic. Oh...did I mention I like to read?
Favorite authors include Diana Gabaldon, Marion Zimmer Bradly, Jill Churchill, Carole Nelson Douglas, Carla Kelly, Dan Brown, Tom Clancy (from about Rainbow Six back), Stephen King, Thomas Harris, Dean R. Koontz, Mary Janice Davidson, Robert Aspirin...I could go on, but I've probably bored you already.
I'm a movie buff, love trivia (I've been accused a time or two of having a trivial mind...) and can play solitaire on the computer for hours with a book on CD. I do prefer to read a book than listen to one, but a well-produced favorite book on CD means I can read AND do the laundry, cook, or play solitaire at the same time and I don't argue efficiency.
