I am female (gasp) and the views expressed by the characters in my stories do not necessarily reflect those of the author. Alternate Universe (AU) stories: Sammie Rae series – Dean’s and Sam’s adventures with caring for an orphan girl Dean adopted. (Chronological order in brackets) Sammie Rae - details how Dean saved a 6 yr old from a Wendingo who killed her parents and adopted her, showdown with a demon and a haunted mansion. (Complete) (1) Sammie Rae: Missing – young Rae is kidnapped by some “special children” who are attempting to turn Sam, meanwhile Sam’s visions turn nasty, giving him seizures and possibly brain damage. (Complete) (2) Sammie Rae: School Daze – Rae, a young teen, tries to attend public school for the first time and discovers classes, making friends, and life in general isn’t as easy as it looks in the movies. (Complete) (4) Sammie Rae:Second Year - the second year of Rae's life with her new dad and uncle. In addition to the normal issues of creating a new family, the guys are brought into a hunt they would prefer to leave alone. The Problems With Dean – Dean is completely withdrawn, hardly speaking to anyone other than his brother Sam and adoptive brother Mikey. Dean and Sam briefly meet their father for the first time in 13 years, Dean goes to college, Dean meets Sam’s girlfriend Jess for the first time, Dean and Sam must find their father in order to figure out why a demon would be targeting Sam. (Complete) Problems With Dean: Road Trip – AU version of “Faith”, follows the basic plot with this AU twist, including appearances by Mom (Kate) and Dad (John Winchester – AU version). (Complete) Problems With Dean: Growing Up – AU childhood fic. Follow how Dean grew up, his abandonment issues, and what a wonderful big brother he was to both his younger brothers. Begins when Dean is 6 and Sam 2, ends with Dean's POV of the first couple of chapters of the original PWD. (Complete.) Light And Dark - Warning: VERY AU!! (Does not take the second half of season 2 into account, because I started it before then.) Dean faces down an archangel, which has certain interesting repercussions. (Complete – and it went further than I ever dreamed!) Walk In The Park - one-shot in the L&D 'verse which takes place after L&D. Bar Trip - one-shot in the L&D 'verse about Dean and Hillary just hanging out in a bar. Life With Dean - John didn't have an older son, but he wanted one. After Sam leaves for college, John happens to cross paths with a young man who reminds him of himself. John offers to make the young man part of his family, as Dean. He didn't count on Dean finding Sam, however. Dean is willing to play the part of big brother, but does Sam want or need one? (WIP – on temporary hiatus) Wishful Thinking - AU version of WIAWNSB where Sam is stuck in the djinn's dreamworld instead of Dean, but it's the same dreamworld. (Complete) Canon chapter fics: Lil’ Sammy – Sam gets regressive amnesia, making him think he is 5. Dean tries to deal with it, running from bad doctors, and finding out what else may be wrong with his brother, but he didn’t count on the fact that the only person in danger might not be Sam. Cross-Over Fic / AU: Wolverines, Wendigos and Winchesters - Dean meets Logan while hunting a wendigo. An unexpected friendship and job offer results, which leads to more changes in Dean's life than he thought possible. Very Dean-centric and beginning with chapter 7, very AU in both SPN and XMen. Note: for XMen, I've mixed the histories from the films, comics and cartoons, as well as creating some new events with a SPN spin to them.
